Lazio still has eyes for a Europa League spot, meaning they could really use at least a point from this trip to play a strong Napoli outfit.

Odds Overview
Though the odds vary from -150 to -175, it's no surprise which outfit is the favorite. Napoli is favored to get all three points on their home pitch, leaving Lazio as an almost +500 underdog in the soccer betting lines. A draw is trading at about +275 as of now.

Napoli
The Blues were left shaking their heads after last weekend's 1-0 away loss to Parma. It was their first defeat since that surprise home defeat to Fiorentina in March.

There's no disputing it was a disappointing result, especially when you consider the amount of talent that was in Napoli's starting XI. They had all of their big guns out there, yet couldn't find their way past Parma goalkeeper Antonio Mirante.

Nonetheless, with only six league matches remaining, it would take something crazy for Napoli to either jump into the second spot (they're 12 points back of Roma) or get overtaken by Fiorentina, who are currently nine points behind in fourth place.

Still, wins are always the goal and the Blues will want to put on a good show for their home support this weekend.

The team's form at Stadio San Paolo has been great, with Napoli recording 10 wins, four draws and only two losses (to Fiorentina and Parma) in 16 matches. They've posted a +19 goal differential inside their own stadium and will be hoping to improve that record on Sunday.

Check out our Serie A Futures Betting coverage!

Lazio
It seems that 2-0 away loss to Genoa has woken the beast, as the Eagles have come back to win consecutive home matches over Parma (3-2) and then Sampdoria (2-0).

Antonio Candreva scored the first goal in the 42nd minute, with Senad Lulic adding an insurance goal in the second half. Given the fact Lucas Biglia received a red card in the second half, it was impressive to see Lazio hold their nerve and see the job out.

That win puts the Eagles on 48 points, which is good for seventh place in Serie A. They're two points behind the final Europa League spot, so they're still a lot to play for with the season winding down.

Candreva has emerged as the top goalscoring threat for the club, having scored nine league goals. He's also chipped in with a team-best five assists.

Bringing Helder Postiga to the team on loan was a good bit of business. While he hasn't found the back of the net for Lazio in his first three appearances, it's only a matter of time before he breaks the duck. Could it come this Sunday against Napoli?

Serie A Pick
Lazio has had some impressive away results this season, but we think the challenge will be too great here against Napoli.

Not only have the Blues been excelling at home, they also have that little bit of extra quality in front of net that should push them over the edge. Gonzalo Higuain and Jose Maria Callejon have both scored in the double digits in league play, while Dries Mertens, Goran Pandev and Marek Hamsik also dangerous going forward.

Napoli won 4-2 in the first head-to-head meeting with Lazio and we see no reason why they can't make it a double. It will likely be a tougher match, but we're still going with the Blues to grab the three points.

Pick: Napoli 2 Lazio 1
[/]{"component":"oddswidget", "eventId":262871, "sportsbooksIds":[43], "LineTypeId":2, "PeriodTypeId":1}[/]
