Chelsea vs. Man City is the biggest Premier League clash this weekend, but the early fixture between Bournemouth and Liverpool should also provide an entertaining spectacle.

This has all the makings of an entertaining game between two teams that are committed to playing expansive, attacking football. “Both teams to score and over 2.5 goals” has paid off in Bournemouth’s last six games, as they are strong going forward but leaky at the back. Liverpool have only conceded six league goals this season, but they beat Burnley 3-1 last time out. They also have a colossal Champions League game against Napoli on Tuesday, so they will have one eye on that and could be distracted. Bournemouth have scored 14 goals in eight home games this season and they should be confident of getting on the score sheet against Liverpool on Saturday. The last time they failed to score was Oct. 20, while Liverpool have only drawn a blank once all season, against Man City. Both teams to score and over 2.5 goals is -109 with William Hill and +100 with the likes of Sky Bet, Coral and Boyle Sports and that looks attractive.

Arsenal vs. Huddersfield

Arsenal extended their unbeaten run to 20 games with a battling 2-2 away draw at Old Trafford in midweek and they should be able to take all three points in this one. They thrashed Huddersfield 5-0 at The Emirates last season and their attacking might should prove too strong for the Terriers once again. David Wagner’s men have suffered consecutive defeats against Brighton and Bournemouth in their last two games. They are 17th in the table, with nine defeats from 15 games, and now they are up against a confident side aiming to break back into the top four. The Gunners will welcome Granit Xhaka back from suspension, and Alexandre Lacazette may be recalled to the starting 11. Remarkably, Arsenal have not led a single league game at half-time this season, despite securing nine victories. That record has to end sooner or later and they will rarely get a better chance than hosting a struggling Huddersfield. Arsenal half-time / full-time looks interesting at -125 with Bet365 and -120 with Betfair.

West Ham vs. Crystal Palace

The Hammers are surging with confidence after securing back-to-back victories over Newcastle and Cardiff. They are currently attacking with verve and vigour and they have climbed up to mid-table in the Premiership as a result. They have a comfortable December fixture list to look forward to and they should be happily nestled in the top half of the table by the New Year if they maintain their current form. Crystal Palace are headed in the opposite direction and they should be utterly dejected after slumping to a 3-1 defeat at the hands of fierce rivals Brighton in midweek. They played against 10 men for more than two-thirds of the game after Shane Duffy was sent off, but the Eagles could not capitalise. West Ham should be able to win this one and odds of +130 at Bet365 look really attractive.

Chelsea vs. Man City

This is shaping up to be an enthralling clash between the Premiership champions and a Chelsea team that would love to steal their crown. Chelsea beat Man City to the signing of Italian midfielder Jorginho in the summer and he has slotted in nicely alongside N’Golo Kante and fellow new boy Matteo Kovacic, helping Chelsea achieve far better results than last season. However, Man City are absolutely on fire and they are still yet to taste defeat in the league this season. They are top of the table, with 13 wins and two draws from 15 games, having banged in a remarkable 45 goals and conceded just seven. They are playing with outrageous levels of swagger, flair and confidence at present and they should be able to overwhelm the Blues, who suffered a humiliating defeat against Wolves on Saturday. Man City beat Chelsea home and away last season, and they are well priced at -108 with Pinnacle to secure victory again on Saturday.
