Join these handicappers as they run down the 10 Premier League matches taking place this weekend and hear their views on each match and whether the match will go over or under 2.5 goals.

Here are my thoughts on the weekend’s games and how many goals there will.

Check out our top picks for Scottish Premiership, too!

Aston Villa vs Liverpool
This game has unders written all over it given the clubs’ recent home and away scoring form. Villa have managed four goal in the last five and it’s the same for Liverpool on their travels.

The Reds’ three strikers Balotelli, Lambert and Borini have managed one Premier League goal between them and they seem content looking at recent fixtures to sit in, pass the ball about and try to nick a goal, funnily enough the same as Villa!

Burnley vs Crystal Palace
Alan Pardew has bolstered the Palace attack this week by taking Arsenal youngster Sanogo on loan, but also said he needs time. I haven’t been impressed by him so far, but a fresh start may lead to a goal or two for the Eagles.

Burnley have scored nine goals at Turf Moor this season and only managed more than one in a match once (in last week’s 2-1 win over QPR). Palace have managed double figures, but have only scored one goal in their last five matches.

Leicester City vs Stoke City
Finishing chances is the big problem for these two sides. Stoke do well on the shots on goal, but not so good on the shots on target and The Foxes seemed to use up all their goals in that 5-3 win over Manchester United. In fact those five goals account for over a third of their home goals.

I expect a good game, with plenty of fans scratching their heads at the end saying ‘how did that end 1-1?’

QPR vs Manchester United
Rangers have to start winning games again at home if they want to stay in the division. They have lost every away game and now only have top ten sides left to play at Loftus Road.

I think they will attack and will score with Charlie Austin in good form, but they will leave gaps for United to exploit. I see a high scorer here.

Swansea City vs Chelsea
The Swans have lost a third of their goals with Wilfried Bony leaving for Africa and then City and I don’t see Gomis being the man to replace them. They should defend for their lives against Chelsea, but I think they will try to prove they can cope without the Ivorian.

Chelsea will do what they do and punish Swansea’s mistakes and endeavour. I'm willing to place my Soccer Pick both teams scoring but the Londoners taking three points back to the Capital.

Tottenham Hotspur vs Sunderland
Sunderland love a nil nil and I can understand many people going for unders here, but that’s not my pick. If Jermaine Defoe is in the Black Cats’ team, I can see them looking at a more attacking line up which will be their undoing.

Tottenham have had two goalless draws in the last four but also had a 5-3 and with Harry Kane and others back after a midweek rest, I see a good win for Spurs.

Newcastle United vs Southampton
The Saints are picking up injuries so I’m half expecting their good run to falter again soon, but they also have a formula for keeping it tight away from home and will slot players into the system and do it again in my opinion.

Jon Carver wants the top job at St James’ Park, so not losing is a priority and without Cisse, who is away on international duty, I see them struggling to score and will be keeping my eyes on SBR's live soccer betting odds. This could be 0-0.

West Ham United vs Hull City
Hull are struggling for strikers with Jelavic and Hernandez both out, so would be as well going to Upton Park and putting 10 men behind the ball, but they aren’t that good at doing a defensive job away from home. They have conceded in all but two away games.

West Ham are missing Sakho, but with Enner Valencia and Andy Carroll they have a big threat going forward. The Hammers have scored in all but two home games.

Manchester City vs Arsenal
Arsenal’s best bet would be to go to City and park the big red bus. Obviously they won’t (and probably can’t do that) so they will attack with their fantastic midfield and front men. Adding to their defensive woes are the injuries to Debuchy and Arteta and the fact Mertesacker isn’t mobile enough to cope with City’s front men or their runners from midfield.

Everton vs West Bromwich Albion
Tony Pulis will be drumming discipline, organisation and team work into his players as you read this. He stopped Palace conceded as many away goals when he went there in 2013 and I think he’ll do the same here.

Everton simply can’t lose this game, so won’t be quite as expansive as they probably should be, so I’m looking at a cagey game, where neither side wants to take the risk and commit midfield players forward.
