There's never any love lost when Man. United & Liverpool meet up on the pitch, and that's not going to change this weekend at Old Trafford. Let's review the soccer odds for this EPL clash.

Premier League Odds
As is typically the case when the Red Devils are playing at home, they find themselves favored at right around even money (-100) to earn the win and all three points.

For those thinking Liverpool will rise to the occasion and more than hold their own, a Reds win is priced in the +300 to +325 range, while a draw can be found at roughly +250.

Manchester United
So far it's been a decent start for the Red Devils. They've picked up seven points through four matches and are currently in fifth place in the table, albeit even with a number of other sides, including this weekend's opponent, Liverpool.

The last time we saw United, before the international break, we witnessed them fall 2-1 away to a Swansea City outfit that's looked very strong early on in this campaign. The Red Devils actually were leading 1-0 after Juan Mata's goal early in the second half, but then they surrendered to Andre Ayew and then Bafetimbi Gomis in the space of five minutes and wound up losing 2-1. It certainly must have been disappointing for Louis van Gaal to watch on as his team coughed up the lead and ended up on without any points.

Now United will return back to Old Trafford, hopeful that the two-week break will have served the club well in preparation for this visit of their arch rivals.

The Reds have had quite some time to think about their awful performance against West Ham prior to the break. They lost 3-0 at home to the Hammers and never looked like they were good value to even be competitive. It was a total letdown across the board, and obviously Liverpool will be looking to bounce back.

Thus far, we've seen the Reds earn wins over Stoke City and Bournemouth, and they also held their own in a 0-0 draw away to Arsenal. It all fell apart against West Ham though, and now Brendan Rodgers is starting to feel the heat, even though we're only four matches into the season. With great expectations at a club like Liverpool, it was bound to happen.

Thankfully for Rodgers' sake, it looks like Christian Benteke wasn't seriously injured on international duty, and he'll be counted on to lead the attack against a United backline that's actually looked quite vulnerable. It remains to be seen, however, if either captain Jordan Henderson or Adam Lallana will be available this weekend; both were clearly missed against the Hammers.

Premier League Pick
Whenever the Red Devils and Reds do battle, you can expect one thing: intense passion. That same determination will be on display for both teams here, despite the fact we're so early into the Premier League season. These clubs hate each other and will do everything they can to win, no matter what.

Thing is, it's hard to pinpoint much of an edge on the soccer odds board. Both of these teams have shown inconsistency already this season, and both clearly have kinks to work out. It's going to take time for the new additions on either side of this equation to gel, and so backing Liverpool and United through the first few weeks has been a risky proposition.

That's why we're inclined to simply back a draw as one of our soccer picks for this weekend's showdown in Manchester. We know the Reds would be content with getting a point out of this match away from home, and we think they'll put forth a better display after that terrible display against West Ham. So, we'll add a draw at +250 to our soccer picks for Saturday.

Premier League Soccer Pick: Manchester United 1 Liverpool 1 at Bet365.
