Here's our free soccer pick for the last game of the MLS Week 15, between the San Jose Earthquakes & FC Dallas in a Western Conference fixture in which a Draw is a strong possibility.

San Jose Earthquakes vs. FC Dallas Odds Overview: Sunday, June 7 @ 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT
Fox Sports 1, Fox Sports GO, Fox Deportes, MLS Live (USA), MLS Live (CANADA); Eurosport 2 France (FRANCE)

This Western Conference game from Avaya Stadium in seismic San Jose, California on Sunday night between the host and 7th-place San Jose Earthquakes (5-3-5, 14 GF-15 GA) and visiting and 3rd-place FC Dallas (6-3-4, 18 GF-19 GA) will wrap up play for the double-stuffed Week 15 of play in the MLS. Soccer odds makers have made the host Earthquakes +125 favorites here over visiting FC Dallas (+200) with the Draw priced at a low +220 (BetBright). The Total Goals in this game will be set at 2½ when those numbers are released either later tonight or tomorrow (Monday) morning.

Some Futures Book wagers for this midweek fixture from ‘Do You Know The Way To San Jose?’: To Win Western Conference: San Jose Earthquakes +2000, FC Dallas +400 (BetVictor); and, To Win MLS Cup: San Jose Earthquakes 40/1, FC Dallas 12/1 (Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook). The Earthquakes opened  up at 50/1 odds to win the MLS Cup while FC Dallas opened at 20/1, so you can see by the drop in the odds of both teams that sportsbooks have received a little bit of action on these two teams who would honestly surprise me if they won it, with both coming in with -1 Goal Differentials (GD).

FC Dallas
FC Dallas (2-1-3 Away, 9 GF-11 GA) is coming off a nasty 4-0 loss in Week 14 at Sporting Park in Kansas City to Sporting KC, the whole reason this team has that aforementioned minus GD heading into this contest in San Jose. FC Dallas is led on Offense by Blas Pérez (5 goals), Fabian Castillo (4 goals), Testro Akindele (3 goals), Mauro Diaz (2 goals), Ryan Hollinshead (2 goals) and this team’s scoring attack is much more balanced than the Earthquakes, who still only have one player with multiple goals heading into Week 15 play. In goal, FC Dallas has Chris Seitz and if this team wants to earn a postseason spot, it will actually have to play a little better than it has, especially in the rugged Western Conference and with talented clubs like Sporting Kansas City (4th place) and the LA Galaxy (5th place) nipping at their heels in the standings and likely to ultimately surpass and finish ahead of them in the standings.

San Jose Earthquakes
The San Jose Earthquakes (3-1-1 at Home, 6 GF-3 GA) and GK David Bingham (45 Saves, 15 Goals Conceded) have only allowed 3 Goals at Home, but in their last outing far, far away from home in the province of Ontario in the country of Canada, this team was defeated 3-1 by Toronto FC. One big problem for this team is its offensive imbalance, with star striker Chris Wondolowski (8 goals) the only San Jose player with more than 1 Goal heading into play in Week 15. The Earthquake do have a solid enough supporting cast around Wondo, with Fatai Alashe (1 goal), Ty Harden (1 goals), Shea Salinas (1 goal), Adam John (1 goal), Sanna Nyassi (1 goal) and Innocent Emeghara (1 goal). On a side note, San Jose was named to be the site of the 2012 MLS All-Star Game last week.

Current Form, Series Trends, Conclusions
Keep in mind before placing your soccer picks that in the L2 meetings in this series, FC Dallas has blanked San Jose by 1-0 and 5-0 scores, the latter coming in this fixture here at Avaya Stadium, but over the L5 the Earthquake actually hold the 3-0-2 (6 GF-9 GA) edge. Lifetime in MLS play in this series, San Jose is 21-18-15 (86 GF-65 GA) against FC Dallas, while the Earthquake are 11-8-10 (42 GF-28 GA) here at Home at Avaya Stadium against the Toros. With FC Dallas (Current Form: DWWDLL) having embarrassed San Jose (5-0) in this game last year, expect the Earthquakes (Current Form: DWDWDL) to be well prepared to prevent that from happening again and, believe it or not, the 7th-place Earthquakes (18 points, -1 GD) can catch and overtake the 3rd-place Burn (21 points, -1 GD) with a Win here at Home. But so much here—the low Draw line (-220), the theoretically better team now (FC Dallas) being on the Road, the fact there hasn’t been a Draw in at least the L5 meetings—screams for a tie game in the end here, although it doesn’t seem it would come in the form of a 0-0 scoreline, so maybe 1-1 is the perfect, logical end-all here. This certainly isn’t a game to hang your hat on, and once again, the Under seems like the call despite a run of 7 Over in 8 games last weekend (Friday-Saturday) in MLS play.

Predicted Final Score: Earthquakes 1 Fc Dallas 1
