Fighting for a spot in the top four, Liverpool and Tottenham do battle at Anfield with three crucial points on the line. How are the soccer betting odds shaping up for today's EPL clash?

Odds Overview
At home at Anfield, Liverpool is installed as a short -115 favorite on the soccer betting odds board. Tottenham is quoted at a relatively high number in the +325 to +350 range, while a draw can be locked in at anywhere from +275 to +300.

Liverpool
The Reds are getting important guys back now and appear to be rounding into form at the right time. Currently, Liverpool is in seventh place in the Premier League standings, but they're only five points back of the top four, so they've very much still in striking distance.

Recent results have been decent for Brendan Rodgers' outfit. The Reds just earned a 0-0 draw at Goodison Park in the Merseyside derby against Everton, and before that they had picked up consecutive wins over West Ham (2-0) in the Premier League and Bolton (2-1) in the F.A. Cup. With the cup competition still going on and Europa League about to start up, Liverpool is going to be very busy over the next few months, and Rodgers will be hoping he has the squad depth to cope.

The best news for Rodgers? He has star striker Daniel Sturridge back in the mix. Sturridge hasn't yet started since returning from a lengthy spell on the sidelines, but there's a good chance he makes the 11 here today. Liverpool has sorely been missing a goalscorer, so they'll be thrilled to have one of the most lethal strikers in the world back in the fold. It may take some time for him to regain full fitness, but when feeling good there are few finishers better than Sturridge. He should link up nicely with Raheem Sterling, as those two have formed a good understanding together.

Tottenham
Just like the Reds, Spurs have managed a three-match unbeaten run. They survived a tough test against Sheffield United in the cup and then recorded consecutive league wins over West Brom and then Arsenal. Following those two victories, Tottenham has moved up into fifth place in the table.

The win over the Gunners was obviously one of the biggest of the season for Mauricio Pochettini's men. And, once again, it was Harry Kane that came through with the heoric for Spurs, as he scored both goals, including the match-winner. After a cooly taken finish in the 56th minute to tie things up after an early Mesut Ozil goal, Kane guided a fantastic header past Arsenal's goalkeeper and made the White Hart Lane stands go absolutely nuts.

Kane has quickly become one of the top strikers in all of England. What a rise it's been for the young English striker, who looks like he's done neough to get called into the national team fold. Heading into this battle with Liverpool, Kane will have to be at his deadliest if Tottenham is to leave Merseyside with even a point.

Premier League Pick
Both sides come into this one in good form, but for our soccer pick we reckon it'll be the Reds that hold firm at home on their way to a critical three points.

Getting Sturridge back in the mix is hugely important and he's working his way back to full fitness. Once he gets firing again, Liverpool's whole attack is going to improve dramatically, and the results should continue to be positive too.

Though both the Reds and Spurs are on a three-match unbeaten run, we believe it's the home team that will be the ones extending that streak. At home in front of what should be a terrific Anfield crowd, look for Sturridge, Sterling and the rest to show up to play and guide Liverpool to the outright victory.Lock the Reds at Pinnacle

Free Soccer Pick: Liverpool 3 Tottenham 1

[/]{"component":"oddswidget", "eventId":299806, "sportsbooksIds":[43], "LineTypeId":2, "PeriodTypeId":1}[/]
