Monday continues to be all about thrones, as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex announce they are parents to a son, seventh-in-line to the British royal crown.

Had enough of "throne" talk? Too bad.

The seventh person in line for the British crown has been born – and it’s a boy.

All of you who went all-in on Diana (+800 at Bovada) as the name of Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan’s newborn are out of luck.

The as-of-yet unnamed royal is Queen Elizabeth’s eighth great-grandchild.

The baby was born at 5:26 a.m. weighing 7 pounds 3 ounces, according to an announcement from Buckingham Palace. Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex, was by Meghan’s side as was her mother Dora.

The Royal Highnesses and the baby are all at Frogmore Cottage in Windsor.

Prince Harry actually stepped out and told the press about the bouncing baby royal “Mother and baby are doing very well. It’s been the most amazing experience I could ever possibly imagine. How any woman does what they do is beyond comprehension … We’re both absolutely thrilled.”

[/]{"component":"video", "type":"youtube", "url":"https://www.youtube.com/embed/hAUUIeDV_k0", "videoSize":"Large" }[/]

The couple have certainly written their own script for the newest royal’s birth, opting to make this a private, family affair. The Duchess has been out of sight since April, with her mother arriving in the UK a couple of weeks ago in anticipation of labor commencing. The baby was “overdue” according to some published reports.

The couple broke with royal protocol by giving birth in Windsor and not at the Lindo Wing of St. Mary’s Hospital in London. She went into labor very early this morning.

As for the royal prop bets on BetOnline, Bovada, Ladbrokes and several other sportsbooks (odds may vary). Several bookmakers halted betting prop bets as the presumed due date passed and speculation the baby had been born and there had been no announcement.

On Bovada and BetOnline:

The day of birth of Harry & Meghan’s first child?
