Inter has a huge hole to climb out of if they want to advance to the Europa League quarterfinals. We've broken down the soccer odds and believe we have a good feel on where to go with our picks.

Odds Overview
There's really nothing separating these two outfits in terms of the Soccer odds. Inter Milan is trading in the +150 to +160 range, while Wolfsburg is available for backing at +170.

Meanwhile, a draw appears to be more a longshot, which doesn't come as much of a surprise considering Inter need a victory and therefore know a draw priced at right around +290, would do nothing at all. Risks will be taken, which will make the match wide open.

Inter Milan
The Nerazzurri are going to come into this second leg on a pretty poor run of form, which isn't exactly how you want to be performing with such a big obstacle in the way. Down 3-1 after a poor showing in the first leg, Inter is going to need a confident effort, but recent results suggest we may see otherwise.

Delving deeper, we see the Nerazzurri have failed to win any of their last four matches across all competitions. They lost to Fiorentina and tied with Napoli in Serie A action before that loss to Wolfsburg, and since have tied Cesena 1-1 at home. The last time Inter tasted victory was in the team's Europa League triumph over Celtic.

If there's one man who's going to set the tone for Inter in a hopeful comeback, it's going to be Mauro Icardi. The 22-year-old striker has been a sensation in the Serie A, scoring 15 goals in 26 appearances. To put that in perspective, no one else on this Inter side has scored more than five times in league play. We'll have to see if Icardi can make another big-time impact when it matters most, with his team's European hopes hanging by a thread.

Wolfsburg
While Inter has been middling away in the Serie A (eighth place), Wolfsburg has enjoyed another stellar campaign. They're currently in second place behind only Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga, an excellent feat considering the level of parity in the league. Wolfsburg has built up quite a big lead on third place too (nine points), and while they're very unlikely to catch Bayern, they've at least made things more interesting.

To put it simply, Wolfsburg's form has been quite incredible. They've only lost one of their last 21 matches in all competitions, with that coming away to Augsburg in league play. This is a side that comes into Thursday's return leg having won two straight and four of its last five, so we have to assume the confidence will be there.

Who have been the standouts for Wolfsburg? Bas Dost and Kevin De Bruyne have been excellent, combining for 22 league goals thus far. After a brief stint with Chelsea, De Bruyne has been fantastic over in Germany, and he'll be looking to guide Wolfsburg into the last eight of the competition by getting a good result at the San Siro.

Europa League Pick
If you were just a casual observer and weren't following soccer closely, you'd think Inter Milan is the easy choice to get the win at home against Wolfsburg.

However, Mancini's team has been disappointing this season, whereas the German outfit has excelled at every juncture. Placing second in the Bundesliga (at least for now) is no easy feat, sho

That being said, we still think the Nerazzurri will get the win in the return leg, though we have a hard time seeing them reverse the 3-1 deficit entirely. With our Soccer picks, we look for Inter to score a one-goal victory, which in turn makes them an attractive play at these very appealing betting odds.

Soccer Pick: Inter Milan +155 at bet365 (with Wolfsburg advancing on aggregate)
