Both teams were in action last night, with Phoenix on the winning side and Cleveland on the losing end. The NBA odds show the Cavaliers favored tonight, however, and we think they'll cover at home.

Odds Overview
Though the Cavaliers weren't able to get a win last night, they're widely expected to bounce back in style tonight. Just look at the NBA odds board for reference, as Cleveland is laying a whopping 11 points against Phoenix in this spot.

Get ready for an action-packed, up-tempo matchup here, with NBA odds makers posting a total of 212 on the board. Both Cleveland and Phoenix rank in the top seven in terms of points scored per game, so there's no surprise with that high number.

Cleveland Cavaliers
Following consecutive wins over Toronto and Boston, the Cavaliers were hopeful of adding a third straight win to their collection last night, only to fall short against Atlanta on the road. It was a competitive effort from Cleveland, who fought back after a rough start in the first quarter, but it still wasn't enough from LeBron James and company.

And, all things considered, it was somewhat of a disappointing performance from LeBron, who finished with 18 points, eight assists and six rebounds. By anyone else's standards that would be a good showing, but we've been seeing The King dominate lately, so Atlanta has to be thrilled with how they defended the superstar. Elsewhere, the Cavs got 20 points from Kyrie Irving, while Kevin Love had 14 points and eight rebounds in the loss.

Fortunately for Cleveland, they immediately get a chance to redeem themselves, and they'll get the luxury of being at home too, where they've gone 23-9 this season. Oh yeah, and they've won 12 consecutive times on their own court too, so needless to say they'll be eager to keep that streak alive.

Let These Three Underdogs Increase Your Profit Tonight

Phoenix Suns
The Suns picked up their second straight win last night in a hard-fought overtime triumph over the Nets. Phoenix outscored Brooklyn 23-12 in the fourth quarter to force the extra period and they used that momentum to pull away for the win. The Suns shot 42.9 percent from the floor and a dreadful 11.5 percent (3-of-26) from beyond the arc, but they still found a way when it mattered most.

Individually, there were a number of guys that stood out for the Suns. Eric Bledsoe did a little of everything, racking up 19 points, 10 rebounds, six assists and two steals, while both Markieff and Marcus Morris scored 19 points apiece. Marcus picked up a rare start after P.J. Tucker was supended for the game after missing the team bus. No, we didn't make that up. It actually happened.

It showed good character to fight back and get the win, but the Suns will now face a monumental task, taking on a motivated Cleveland team on the road after a tough game in Brooklyn last night. If Phoenix is to stay competitive, the backcourt duo of Bledsoe and Brandon Knight is going to have to make a lot of plays.

Join Fellow Bettors and Discuss Your Picks and Predictions for Tonight's Games

NBA Pick
We know it's a lot of points to lay, but the Cavaliers are clearly the better overall team and they should be able to pull away from the inconsistent Suns at some point or another.

What's more, we've seen Cleveland be truly dominate at home in recent weeks, and that shouldn't go unnoticed. Having won 12 in a row at home, the Cavaliers appear to be in a great spot to add another win to that run.

All in all, this is setting up as a perfect opportunity for Cleveland to right the wrongs from last night. Going from a road matchup with the East-leading Hawks to a home date with a Suns team that's gone 4-6 over its last 10 games should result in a comfortable win for the home team, so back the cavs with your NBA picks.

NBA Pick: Cleveland Cavaliers -11 at 5Dimes
