The first-ever WWE Stomping Grounds pay-per-view is on Sunday and as the match card fills out, not many surprises can be expected.

The event starts at 7:00 PM ET on the WWE Network next Sunday, with the kickoff show beginning at 6:00 PM ET. Rematch is a clear theme for this event.

The two top men's championship matches will be rematches from the June 7 Super ShowDown event in Saudi Arabia, the Raw Women's Championship match is a rematch from Money in the Bank and there's even a WrestleMania 35 rematch as well, just to name a few.

Here's a look at the WWE Stomping Grounds card and a breakdown for some of the matches.

SmackDown Women's Championship: Bayley (c) vs. Alexa Bliss

The SmackDown women's roster is deep and many superstars deserve a shot but somehow they gave the opportunity to challenge Bayley to a Raw superstar... Alexa Bliss.

I'm glad Bliss is finally healthy and wrestling regularly but any SmackDown female, except for Charlotte Flair, deserved the exposure, Bliss doesn't need it and she's not a threat to Bayley's reign, at least not yet. Bayley retains, getting payback from their feud from over two years ago. Nikki Cross will be in Bliss' corner and she might cost her the match by accident.

Raw Women's Championship: Becky Lynch (c) vs. Lacey Evans

Lynch beat Evans at Money in the Bank but the Sassy Southern Belle has continued to go after The Man and they will have a rematch on Sunday. Evans has a great look, solid mic skills and in-ring potential but she's not ready to have a Championship and Lynch should move on to new challengers.

WWE Championship: Kofi Kingston (c) vs. Dolph Ziggler

Ziggler lost to Kingston at Super ShowDown in Saudi Arabia but he didn't like that Xavier Woods got involved so after the match he made a promo challenging Kingston to a one-on-one steel cage match.

Sadly, the ultra-talented Ziggler has been so poorly used throughout his career that is hard to see him as a real challenge. Kofi Kingston retains and don't be surprised if WWE swerves us and makes Brock Lesnar cash-in his Money in the Bank briefcase on Kingston.

Roman Reigns vs. Drew McIntyre

This is a WrestleMania 35 rematch that was announced before Reigns even fought Shane McMahon at Super ShowDown. Reigns and McIntyre are not on the same brand anymore but the ridiculous Wild Card Rule that Vince McMahon created justifies having Roman Reigns on Raw and SmackDown LIVE and McIntyre has been helping Shane McMahon in his feud against Reigns.

McIntyre should have beat Reigns at WrestleMania 35 and he should win here but sadly I don't see it happening, at least not unless Shane McMahon interferes.

Universal Championship: Seth Rollins (c) vs. Baron Corbin

At Super ShowDown, Rollins beat Corbin and escaped a Money in the Bank cash-in attempt by Brock Lesnar and now he faces Corbin again, when he should be moving on to more deserving competitors.

The Raw roster has many talented superstars that should be getting the spotlight that Corbin has but hopefully this feud finally ends on Sunday. Rollins will retain.

The only intriguing part of this match is that Corbin can choose the special guest referee. Could Bray Wyatt make his long-awaited return and be the special guest referee?

[/]{"component": "embedHTML", "code": "<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">LET.
