We run down through the entire slate on offer in Premier League this weekend, serving up a game-by-game analysis complete with soccer picks. Find out where we’re spotting the value bets.

Premier League match day 1 Recap
For the first round of the Premier League we did so-so with our choice soccer picks, emerging with a 5-5 win-loss record. This week we look to improve on that modest mark with our choice selections for your soccer betting thrills. Here goes…

Manchester United vs. Southampton
Jose Mourinho’s reign is off to a bright start with a commanding 3-1 win over Bournemouth AFC. Admittedly, Bournemouth was expected to pose little challenge to the Red Devils. The win was par for the course. The Saints should prove to be more a test when they descend on the Old Trafford even though they faltered in their opener and settled on a 1-1 draw to Watford.

The main talking point is the debut of Paul Pogba this season, who was unavailable to play on match day 1. It’ll be interesting whether Mourinho’s prized signing will make an immediate impact. As it is, odds makers favour a win by Man United at -210 soccer odds or higher. It’s a good bet but not the best value. Over 2.5 goals is more attractive at +100 soccer odds at bet365.

Free Soccer Picks: Man United to win at -214 / Over 2.5 goals at +100
Best Line Offered: at Pinnacle

Leicester City vs. Arsenal
From champs to chumps, screamed headlines uncharitably last week following Leicester City’s shocking defeat to Hull City. A bit unfair, no? In the event Leicester failed to live up to expectations when faced with a lightweight, it’s no surprise they are matched as the considerable underdogs ahead of a clash with Arsenal, an established top-four heavyweight. Leicester City to win in 90 minutes is available at +196 with Pinnacle.

Although Arsene Wenger and the Gunners didn’t enjoy a happy start to their campaign either. The 4-3 defeat to Liverpool at the Emirates puts Arsenal along with Leicester City in the league’s basement. The Reds ripped Arsenal’s backline to shreds at the Emirates, galloping to a 4-1 lead before the Gunners got two face-saving goals back late in the second half. Had it not been for those, it would have been much worse. Not surprisingly, odds makers aren’t exactly cornering this fixture in Arsenal’s camp either with soccer odds of +151 available at 5Dimes to win in 90 minutes.

Something is going to have to give when these two sides meet. Last term, the Foxes couldn’t defeat the Gunners in two meetings. With their backs against the wall so, the offensive headlines staring back at them in defiance, might the Foxes find the spirit and gumption to defeat Arsenal at Kingston Power Stadium? It’s not a certain bet and a tough fixture to predict all in all, but we’re tipping it in favour of the hosts in their home opener. It might be prudent to hedge your bets with a draw no bet on Leicester City at +100 as well.

Free Soccer Picks: Leicester City to win at +196 // Leicester City draw no bet at +100
Best Line Offered: at 5Dimes

Swansea City vs. Hull City
Hull City served up the stunning win over the champions in their season opener at home. Swansea City, meanwhile, defeated Burnley on the away 1-0. Both sides can be pleased about their starts to 2016-2017, but as far as betting this fixture goes, Swansea City should have enough to see off a rather thin Hull City squad at home.

Free Soccer Picks: Swansea City -120
Best Line Offered: at WilliamHill

Tottenham Hotspur vs. Crystal Palace
Pochettino’s men disappointed in their opener despite settling for a 1-1 draw with Everton. They were so flat and uninspiring in the first half it’s a wonder they managed to perk up enough to salvage the point. Crystal Palace struggled at home last week and lost 1-0 to former manager Tony Pulis and his Baggies. Not the bright start for Alan Pardew ahead of this London derby. Consider Palace failed to strike an audible chord at home, expecting them to do so at White Hart Lane is a bit optimistic. Even if the Spurs will be relying on backup goalkeeper Michel Vorm. That said, at -200 soccer odds or higher backing Spurs doesn’t hold much value. The Over 2.5 goals at -118 with bet365 is our choice bet.

Free Soccer Picks: Over 2.5 at -118
Best Line Offered: at Bet365

Watford vs. Chelsea
The Hornets proved more frustrating than the oddsmakers expected and emerged with a 1-1 draw from their away trip to Southampton. Taking a point off the Saints at St. Mary’s is nothing to sniff at and marks a positive start to Walter Materazzi’s managerial debut with Watford. Chelsea, meanwhile, got off to a winning start over West Ham United, getting off Antonio Conte’s Premier League debut to a positive start as well. However, there are those that would suggest the Blues were rather fortunate to win the game. A last-gasp goal by Diego Costa was the winner, but he probably shouldn’t have been on the pitch at that point (should have received a red card by all accounts). So we’re cautious about this matchup as a result. Another aspect that has us cautious is the familiarity of the managers – both come from Serie A to England this term – and the defensive-minded tendency of the former, more so than the latter. It’s quite possible this fixture could surprise.

Free Soccer Picks: Under 2.5 -124

West Bromwich Albion vs. Everton
Tony Pulis and the Baggies welcome Everton on match day 2. The former won at Crystal Palace and the latter held the Spurs to a 1-1 draw at Goodison Park. There are a lot of uncertainties with both camps but, one thing is for certain, Tony Pulis teams are tough to break down. We’re loathe to go for the outright match betting markets, settling on a soccer bet for the totals. We quite like the look of the UNDER 2 goals at +116 with Bookmaker.

Free Soccer Picks: Under 2 goals +116
Best Line Offered: at Bookmaker

Stoke City vs. Manchester City
Manchester City is coming off a fortuitous 2-1 win over Sunderland on match day 1, an outcome overshadowed by the goalkeeper controversy – Joe Hart is sat on the bench these days, to the chagrin of Steve Bruce and England’s national team. In midweek, the Citizens put in a more convincing display winning their Champions League playoff fixture 5-0 over Steaua Bucuresti. Travel could be an issue ahead of their trek to the Potteries, but one expects Pep Guardiola to work his magic. The Potteries is never an easy place to win but Man City do have the better quality.

Free Soccer Picks: Man City to win -140
Best Line Offered: at Pinnacle

[/]{"component":"oddswidget", "eventId":3032721, "sportsbooksIds":[238,93,43,19], "LineTypeId":2, "PeriodTypeId":1 }[/]

Burnley vs. Liverpool
Liverpool’s 4-3 win over Arsenal at the Emirates was by far the best fixture on matchday 1 across the league. The attacking intent was sublime and Jurgen Klopp’s dancing on the sidelines even better. Against Burnley, Liverpool should face less resistance. On paper, this is a fixture they should win, so long as they don’t take a lesser opponent for granted.

Free Soccer Picks: Liverpool -200 to win, Over 2.5 goals -118
Best Line Offered: at bet365

West Ham United vs. Bournemouth AFC
West Ham United was extremely unfortunate to lose at Stamford Bridge on Monday while Bournemouth was outclassed eventually by a much better and stronger Man United. Both sides are looking for their first points of the season. The Hammers debut their new stadium in this fixture and the atmosphere is sure to be electric It’s hard to look past West Ham and a rousing win.

Free Soccer Picks: West Ham -110

Sunderland vs. Middlesbrough
Sunderland was unfortunate to lose to Man City in some respects as they were well in it until an own goal cost them the point. Middlesbrough, meanwhile, held Stoke City to a 1-1 draw at home. Neither side is expected to be any good this term, which means the results coming in will be inconsistent at best. A draw is quite possibly the best bet to consider, which can be backed at +223 with Pinnacle. Another option might be the Sunderland draw no bet at -138.

Free Soccer Picks: Draw at +223
Best Line Offered: at Pinnacle
