It's all over, bar the shouting in Spain. But, that still doesn't mean that there's not a chance to win some money in the last round of matches in La Liga.

If you follow your Humble Handicapper’s tips Barca won’t be the only one finishing the season on a high.

It's hardly news that Barcelona have run away with the league, the Spanish giants will be finishing the season on no less than 97 point regardless of what happens in the weekend's games. What's more they got a goal difference of +72 and if those numbers don't impress you very much you should know that they are currently 15 points clear of Real Madrid and 13 goals better off. However I doubt that this is time for Barcelona to start resting on their laurels and it is just bad luck for Malaga that they are the side going up against champions on the final day of the La Liga season.

Enough of Barcelona…WHERE’S THE MONEY MIKE?

Usually I say the sides who’ve won the league would settle for a draw at this stage, as they will have one eye on their summer holidays and therefore will not turn in a top-notch league winning performance on the last day of the season.

However with Barcelona being Barcelona and the fact that they've got the chance of hitting 100 points in a single season I find it very difficult to bet on anything other than a win for the home side.

Also, you shouldn't discount the fact that it's being played at Barcelona as the champions have won 17 of their 18 games that they played at home in the league this season and have only dropped points once and that was a draw. What's more they scored 59 goals at home and let in just 14 that almost 4 goals a game scored against less than one per game conceded. Why not our little put on 4-1 being the final score which is available at 14/1 soccer betting odds.

Looking further down the table sixth-place Malaga are 40 points behind Barcelona but still have something to play for as they can be overtaken by Real Betis, who are just two points behind them.

But…

However I don't think Malaga have the legs or the heart of the guts or the balls for this game on their travels they've only won six, drawn four and lost eight.  What's more they've scored only 19 goals and conceded 28 away from home.

This game will be all about Barcelona which is why the bookies have them winning at 2/7 a draw is at 9/2 and a defeat which we very unlikely that 10/1.

If you need any more reason not to bet on Malaga you should know that the shortest correct score odds on Malaga winning offer a score of 2-1 which is offered up at 22/1. That sort of score is the same odds as Barcelona winning 5-0 and 5-1, but which you think is more likely.

Barcelona Will Finish With a Bang

In the last five head-to-head meetings between the two sides will see that Barcelona about four times and only time that dropped points was a 2-2 draw back in January in the Copa del Rey.

Tallying up all of the scores in the last five meeting Barcelona have 17 past Malaga and conceded just seven. The father that hasn't been a single clean sheet by either side media deafness daywear from 0-0 even though it is offered by the bookies at 33/1 for our soccer picks.
