This featured tie has Leeds United facing Tottenham Hotspur in the FA Cup fourth round for what is the second time in three years. Where are we looking to place our sports picks on this FA Cup battle?

The FA Cup takes centre stage this weekend as the last 32 teams still standing battle for a place in the 5th round of this seasons competition. With only 14 Premier League teams left in the draw and two all EPL ties this weekend it is time for a little 'giant killing' and a lot of cup romance with a place in the last 16 up for grabs.

Read our FA Cup Tips & Predictions article for a full rundown of our predictions.

Leeds Utd vs. Tottenham Hotspurs

The teams drew 2-2 at White Hart Lane on 23 January 2010, before Spurs won the replay 3-1. A repeat of that win for Spurs is at 12/1 with William Hill and a repeat of the same 2-2 score draw is listed at betting odds of 14/1 with both bet365 and William Hill. If you think Leeds can win by that score at the first time of asking then a 3-1 win for the home side is at 40/1, again with both those betting houses.

Leeds are there courtesy of a replay victory at Birmingham City 2-1 after the 1-1 draw at Elland Road which was Leeds' first win at St Andrew's since 1996 and also provided them with their 100th victory in FA Cup history and sealed progress from the third round for only the second time in 10 years. Tottenham won through 3-0 at home to Coventry City in a repeat of the 1987 final. Leeds have won the Cup once, in 1972, beating Arsenal 1-0 thanks to an Allan 'Sniffer' Clarke goal and have been runners up three times but not been in a final since 1973!

Tottenham are the third most successful FA Cup side of all time with eight victories and one defeat in their nine final appearances but have not been in the final since they last won it in 1991. They are the only non-league side to win the trophy, in 1901, since the formation of the football league. Spurs are 8/1 to lift the cup in May whilst Leeds are 100/1 to take the cup back to Yorkshire both with William Hill.

Leeds United are 11th in the Championship but only five points and five places from a play-off spot in the second tier of English football and having reached the quarter finals of the League Cup before being dumped out by arch rivals Chelsea 5-1 in December, will be looking for more cup glory in this match. Their league form is based mainly on their home form with only two losses at Elland Road all season and six straight wins in the league coming into this game, but when they do lose there they do so in spectacular style as the Chelsea result and the 6-1 drubbing by Watford in November testifies to.

Their last six league games record of three wins and three loses bear this fact out too as the three wins were all at home and the defeats all on their travels. So they will be wanting to end this tie at the first time of asking and are 4/1 to do so. Tottenham are 8/13 to win this one first time around and 3/1 is the price if you think this one is going to go back to North London before being resolved, all with bet365.

Spurs are 25 places above Leeds in 4th place in the EPL and are having a very, very good season. They have drawn their last two games but should have won the 1-1 draw with leaders Manchester United last time out and fought to a hard 0-0 draw with QPR in a tough London Derby before that. They have not lost in eight games and just once in 14 in all competitions, scoring 26 goals in that time and conceding just eight.

Both sides have goals in them with Gareth Bale (11) and Jermaine Defoe (14) top scoring for Spurs this season and are 4/5 and 5/4 respectively to add to their tally in this one. In Argentine Luciano Becchio (19) Leeds have unearthed a goal scorer whom they will struggle to keep hold of til the end of the season but surely must if they are to mount a serious promotion challenge this season. He is 2/1 to make it 20 on the season so far. El Hadji Diouf (6) and Michael Tonge (5) are Leeds' other main goal threats but Ross McCormack has netted in the last last two games and is 11/4 to make it the 'other' hat-trick in this one. To actually score a hat-trick he is 50/1 with William Hill. Defoe has hit three brace this season and is 7/2 to net twice in this one with William Hill.

Leeds were actually 1-0 against Chelsea at half time before being outclassed in the last 30 minutes in that game and I fancy Leeds to come out all guns blazing and so am liking the Leeds/Tottenham 18/1 shot for half time/full time in this one with Ladbrokes. I am also going to stick my neck out somewhat with the second of my soccer picks, and go for the over 3.5 in this one at 2/1 from William Hill but the value in that is to be found with predicting a 3-0 score line at 12/1 or my preference the 3-1 win for Spurs at 11/1 both available with bet365.

If you think this could be another blow-out after the fashion of the Chelsea 5-1 result then 40/1 is the price for that unlikely coincidence. Leeds have won their last two league games by 1-0 and if you think they can shut out Spurs totally and win by that score then 16/1 gets you that with Pinnacle and bet365. I cannot see Spurs not scoring though, nor Leeds for that matter and am liking the 2-2 draw odds of 14/1 as the best value for a scoring draw.

Free Picks: Away win for me at 7/10 a correct score of 3-1 at 12/1 and the over 3.5 at 2/1. Oh, and Luciano Becchio to score the first goal at 7/1
