Both Swansea City and Everton have eight points through their first five matches, with the two sides set to do battle this weekend. How can we best exploit the soccer odds?

Odds Overview
Because of their stellar start, the Swans are listed as +130 favorites on the soccer odds board against Roberto Martinez's Everton side. What that means is you can get a pretty darn nice price on Everton at +225 at Bet365.

If you think a draw is the most likely result, you can find that option in the +230 to +240 range right now. Be sure to keep tracking the live line movement at soccer odds in order to get the best bang for your buck.

Swansea City
My how quickly things can change in the Premier League. The Swans had just wrapped up a hugely impressive 2-1 win over Manchester United at home, but the following week, they ended up on the losing side in a 1-0 defeat against Watford.

It was a fair result too, as Swansea City failed to take control of the match and generate all that many chances. The Swans had 50 percent possession and only had three shots on target in the loss. With that defeat, Swansea dropped to a tie for eighth place (right there with Everton), having earned eight points through their first five matches.

Individually, the biggest contributors going forward have been Bafetimbi Gomis and Andre Ayew, who have already combined for seven league goals this term. Ayew has settled in nicely in the Premier League, while Gomis has relished in his role as the new starting striker. Credit also has to go to midfielder Jonjo Shelvey, whose excellent play has helped him get recalled to the England national team fold.

Whereas Swansea was left disappointed with their play last time out, the Toffees are flying high after an excellent 3-1 home win over Chelsea in last weekend's EPL action.

Everton got off to a tremendous start through Steven Naismith, who actually didn't even crack the starting XI. He came on as a substitute for the injured Muhamed Besic in the ninth minute and promptly found the back of the net eight minutes later to put the Toffes up 1-0. Naismith wasn't done there though, as he tacked on two more goals to finish off the stunning hat-trick against the defending league champs.

It's obviously going to be difficult for Everton to top that performance, particularly since they'll now be outside of Merseyside in what's one of the least friendly environments to play in for visiting teams. The Toffees have fared well away from home though, picking up wins over Southampton (in the EPL) and Barnsley (Capital One Cup), while drawing with Tottenham (0-0).

Premier League Pick
This is going to be one heck of a match, and we expect it to be one of the more entertaining showdowns of the upcoming weekend.

On one side you've got a Swansea team that's going to be eager to bounce back after a bad loss to newly-promoted Watford. The Swans have been playing well overall this season and look they could seriously challenge for a spot in the top six, and of course they have the added benefit of being at home.

Then there's Everton, who just earned easily their best win of the young season so far against Chelsea. The Toffees are going to be feeling very good about themselves, but they can't afford to lose focus, not against another talented team in Swansea, especially since they're away from home.

As you may be able to tell, we just don't see a huge edge on either side here. So, with our soccer picks, the best route to take may be to roll with the draw.

Predicted Final Score: Swansea City 1 Everton 1
