Premier League side Manchester City is priced at +320 at SBR's top-rated sportsbooks to win the 2017-18 Champions League title, followed by Bayern Munich +550 with PaddyPower and PSG +550 with Unibet. The reigning champs and the only team to win back-to-back Champions League trophies, Real Madrid, have fallen to 5th favorites being priced at +800 with Coral to win their 3rd UCL in a row.

Will English teams dominate the competition again? Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham all topped their group with Chelsea joining them in knockout stages as Group C runners-up. The 2nd Premier League team favorite to win the competition is Liverpool priced at +1400 with Coral, but their opponents FC Porto are not walkovers. The Reds should have enough to qualify in the quarterfinals as they are playing the 2nd leg on their turf and they are the better side with a huge attacking firepower (Mo Salah, Sadio Mane, Firminho, Oxlade-Chamberlain) and players who are scoring goals for fun in the English top-flight league. They are the team to watch as they ended Manchester City 'sunbeaten run in Premier League, beating them 4-3 at Anfield.

Holders Real Madrid will face PSG, one of the most talented squads in the world with players like Neymar, Mbappe, Cavani, Draxler and Di Maria. With 9 goals scored in 6 group stage fixtures, Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo leads the top scorers' chart and is the only player in history to score in every UCL group stage match. Ronaldo has let it be known that he wants to leave the club at the end of this season and finish his career in the Premier League, with the best choice being Manchester United as he is reportedly unhappy with the formation being used by Zinedine Zidane, and his stats and scoring average are plummeting.

Los Blancos are 4th in La Liga, 19 points behind leaders Barcelona, and their poor run of form has coach Zidane’s future in question. On the other side, PSG star Neymar has never played more than five Ligue 1 fixtures in a row for his club, with the most recent example being his absence against Lyon with PSG losing 2-1 on the road. The harmony from PSG’s dressing room is far from perfect, and Unai Emery’s days at the club being numbered. It’s tough to predict a winner, but we expect a double-leg full of drama with both teams trying to use all their weapons to advance in the quarterfinals.

Barcelona, the only unbeaten side in the European top 5 soccer leagues, will face Antonio Conte’s squad Chelsea in what should be another UCL classic. The Catalan club is priced at +650 with 5Dimes to win the UCL trophy, but their odds will surely drop if they pass the Blues. Barcelona star Lionel Messi is enjoying another incredible season in the Spanish top-flight league leading the top scorers chart with 19 goals scored in 20 rounds, followed by teammate Luis Suarez with 15 goals.

Given the fact that some of the big names will face “easy” opponents in the round of 16 and the odds will surely drift before the quarterfinals, our current “Champions League winners” picks are:
