The Premier League is back on the calendar, so let's check out a few weekend matches and find some good money-making propositions with your soccer picks.

My system is indicating Saturday's game could end in a draw, with a slight leaning toward Burnley. Put that all together and you end up with an Asian Handicap bet on Burnley +0.5 at -179 with 5Dimes. West Brom is awful this season and that little extra for Burnley should lead to a winning bet with a sliver of value.

Burnley is by far the better side, and West Ham's only edge in the stats is based on form over the last six games, where they have picked up two more points. Everywhere else, Burnley comes out on top when comparing the teams.

West Ham vs. Southampton

This is normally the kind of game I stay well away from, but I think there is some value on going for a Southampton win in this one Saturday. The Saints can be backed at +166 with Pinnacle, and Mark Hughes has had some time to work with his new players, hopefully leading to better results. This Southampton side isn’t as good as some of the other sides that have gone down in the past, but I think they’re better than West Ham, who is far from safe themselves.

Even before Hughes’ arrival, Southampton had the better away-vs.-home form and would probably have stood a chance under Mauricio Pellegrino. Southampton is better defensively and the recent troubles might affect a West Ham side that has not played well at the Olympic stadium this season.

Chelsea vs. Tottenham

This is probably my riskiest bet of the weekend. Tottenham talisman Harry Kane is likely to miss Sunday's game, despite recent shots of him training without a protective boot. Things aren’t clear cut for Chelsea, either. Eden Hazard has stepped back from committing himself to the club, and there’s a lot of speculation about the future of manager Antonio Conte.

I hope my system is on the money in this one, as it has gone for an away win. At odds of +215 with Pinnacle there isn’t a huge amount of value in this game but there will be plenty of needle.
