The Gunners were just hit with some bad injury news, but they'll still enter this weekend's clash with Leicester as the clear-cut favorites in the soccer betting odds. Check out our recommended Premier League pick for this one inside.

Odds Overview
The soccer odds are very much in Arsenal's favor, in spite of the fact they'll be away to Leicester on this occasion. The Gunners are trading at right around -115, which leaves the home team available at +350 or so and a draw quoted at just over +275.

Leicester City
After storming through the competition in the Championship last season, Leicester hasn't looked out of place at all in the Premier League, at least through the first two weeks of the new season.

The Foxes opened with a highly entertaining 2-2 draw versus Everton at home, and that surely gave them some much-needed confidence. That being said, they faced another mighty tough test the following weekend, coming up against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

Though they ended up losing 2-0, Leicester held their own, especially in the first half when they generated some chances and held quite a bit of possession. However, the gulf in class proved too much to overcome for the Foxes.

The struggles continued during the week, as Leicester shockingly fell 1-0 at home to Shrewsbury in the Capital One Cup. Considering they fell to a team three leagues below, it was a hugely disappointing performance from the newly-promoted outfit.

The Foxes need to bounce back, and they've been given another difficult league fixture to try and do so. Getting even a draw against Arsenal would be a massive result, and you'd have to think there's no way Leicester will put up another dud like they did against Shrewsbury.

It's been a busy start to Arsenal's 2014-15 campaign.

While going unbeaten through their first two Premier League fixtures – they beat Crystal Palace 2-1 at home and then earned a 2-2 draw, following an amazing comeback late, at Everton – and they also managed to earn a berth into the Champions League group stages with a 1-0 aggregate win over Besiktas.

Against Besiktas, it wasn't easy, but new signing Alexis Sanchez's goal at the end of the first half proved to be the difference. Arsenal's back-line held strong throughout to seal the deal for Arsene Wenger's club.

It hasn't all been good news for the Gunners lately, however. They were just hit with the news that striker Olivier Giroud has a broken leg and will therefore be out of action until at least the start of the new year.

What that means is the likes of Sanchez, Yaya Sonogo, Lukas Podolski and Joel Campbell will have their chances to show what they can do in place of the injured Frenchman. We're interested to see who Wenger decides to start here on Sunday.

Premier League Pick
We don't foresee this being as easy as people may think for the favored Gunners.

Why? Leicester has proven early on that they intend to be competitive in the top flight, and their performances (in the league) have backed that intent up.

Meanwhile, Arsenal hasn't looked too convincing early on, and will also be missing one of their best strikers in Giroud. The Gunners have the depth to fill the void somewhat, but Giroud definitely offers something different that the team's other attacking options can't provide.

With that said, we see value to be had on Leicester at home. A draw will be our recommended soccer pick for Sunday's encounter, as we expect the Foxes to respond to a poor showing during the week with a much better effort.

Soccer Pick: Leicester 1 Arsenal 1
