We've prepared a full preview for ATP Stockholm this week. Join us while we analyze the main contenders chances and the value bets to play on this tournament.

Defending champion Tomas Berdych will look for a third career title in Stockholm. Find out if the Czech has value to bet on and who are the other contenders.

ATP Stockholm
The If Stockholm Open takes place in Stockholm and will be played in Indoor Hard Court

Main Contenders
Tomas Berdych will be looking to extend his winning streak in Stockholm. The Czech won the last 8 matches he played on this event lifting the trophy in his last two appearances back in 2012 and 2014.

Once again Tomas is the main favorite for the title but has been far from consistent in the last weeks. Since US Open, the Czech played four events, losing twice in first round where he was priced as heavy favorite.

We picked Berdych to win the title a few weeks ago in Shenzhen and he emerged victorious at the end but this week the draw is much more competitive and there is no value on his tennis odds at 3.00 on bet365.

After a poor Asian swing with a 2 – 2 record, Richard Gasquet will be looking for a good run this week in Stockholm. This will be Richard’s first appearance in Stockholm and will be his first tournament in Indoor Hard Court since February when he won ATP Montpellier.

Gasquet’s groundstrokes are quite effective on this game conditions, the French opens the court very well with his backhand and hits the ball very early, not giving time to his opponents.

Richard is the main favorite to reach the final in bottom half of the draw, on his side his main opponent is Gilles Simon however Gasquet has a massive edge over his fellow countryman with 6 – 0 on h2h.

Despite not playing his best on last two tournaments, the game conditions are quite good for Gasquet and we’ll add the French to our tennis picks at 4.50 on bet365.

Player to keep an eye on
The fast Indoor Hard Court conditions are very good for Gilles Muller serve & volley style. The player from Luxembourg is always a tough opponent to face and when playing on this game conditions he’s even more dangerous.

Muller has an accessible draw to reach at least quarterfinals where he might face Bernard Tomic. It won’t be easy to beat the Aussie, but Gilles has weapons to get the win in such fast game conditions. In semifinals things will be harder against Berdych but the Czech is far from consistent and Muller has conditions to surprise the 1st seed.

The price on Muller is very interesting at 15.00 on bet365. Our advice is to bet on him for a trade in later stages of the event.
