If you're looking for a comprehensive breakdown of the MLB betting odds, along with some top picks from our handicappers, check out our report for an extremely packed Wednesday. We've got the rundown ready and waiting.

Philadelphia Phillies (Kendrick) vs. Texas Rangers (Ross)
Covered by Willie Bee
After an offense-heavy series opener, we witnessed more of a pitchers duel yesterday, with the Rangers eventually getting the walkoff win in the bottom of the ninth.

Robbie Ross has done enough to earn a spot in the rotation for the Rangers and will start opposite Kyle Kendrick tonight. The MLB odds show Texas at as high as -170 to win.

MLB Pick: Rangers -1.5 (+115)

Boston Red Sox (Lackey) vs. Baltimore Orioles (Jimenez)
Covered by Willie Bee
Baltimore won the opener and will hope to make it two out of two when they send out new acquisition Ubaldo Jimenez to the mound.

John Lackey will start for the Red Sox after posting a bounce-back campaign in 2013 (3.52 ERA in 189.1 IP). Boston is barely favored at -110 for game two of the series tonight.

MLB Pick: Red Sox -106

Seattle Mariners (Paxton) vs. Los Angeles Angels (Santiago)
Covered by Ron Patrick
So far so good for the Mariners, who have have taken both games of the series so far. Left-hander James Paxton earned the third spot in the rotation thanks to a solid spring and will try to give Seattle some solid innings tonight.

Hector Santiago and the Angels, however, will be the favorites at the sportsbooks, listed at -140 or so.

MLB Pick: OVER 7.5

New York Yankees (Kuroda) vs. Houston Astros (Cosart)
Covered by Ron Patrick
Not the start the Yankees wanted. CC Sabathia was beaten up in his season debut, getting tagged for six runs, and New York couldn't recover from the early deficit.

Let's see if Hiroki Kuroda can fare any better for the Yankees, as he gets set to start up against Houston's Jarred Cosart. New York is a heavy favorite, ranging from -150 to even as high as -165.

MLB Pick: Yankees +113

Chicago Cubs (Jackson) vs. Pittsburgh Pirates (Morton)
Covered by Swinging Johnson
One run was all that was needed to decide the series opener, as Francisco Liriano and Jeff Samardizja were both fantastic in their season debuts.

Will we see another low-scoring affair today? Charlie Morton aims to build off a strong 2013 campaign (7-4, 3.26 ERA), with Chicago calling on the inconsistent Edwin Jackson. The Pirates are quoted in the -160 to -165 range to win.

MLB Pick: Under 7 (-120) for 3 units

St. Louis Cardinals (Wacha) vs. Cincinnati Reds (Cingrani)
Covered by Jeff Grant
We're treated to quite the series to open up the season, and game one didn't disappoint, with the Cardinals getting the 1-0 win. Adam Wainwright looked in midseason form in the victory.

Now we look on as two of the most exciting young pitchers in the bigs in Tony Cingrani and Michael Wacha try to out-duel one another. For tonight, St. Louis is -120 chalk to get another win for our baseball picks.

MLB Pick: St. Louis -118

Washington Nationals (Gonzalez) vs. New York Mets (Colon)
Covered by Matthew Jordan
Gio Gonzalez has been as reliable as can be for the Nationals over the years and the team hopes he can bring it in New York this evening.

For the Mets, veteran Bartolo Colon makes his season and team debut, with the MLB betting lines favoring Washington at approximately -140. The total is at an even seven runs at most books.

MLB Pick: Washington -142

Los Angeles Dodgers (Haren) vs. San Diego Padres (Ross)
Covered by Jeff Grant
Tyson Ross did some special things last year – can he open up the 2014 season in style against a potent Dodgers lineup?

Los Angeles will put the ball in Dan Haren's hands as he makes his team debut. The Dodgers have gotten off to a nice 3-1 start, but the odds for tonight's game vary depending on the sportsbook – some have LA favored and others have San Diego as the chalk.

MLB Pick: San Diego Padres -107
