One game has already started, the beginning of a full day of MLB play. Again we've broken down the baseball betting odds before coming up with our top picks for a number of the best games of the day. What do we have in store for Wednesday?

New York Yankees (Kuroda) vs. Toronto Blue Jays (Hutchison)
Covered by Willie Bee and Jeff Grant
Let's just put it this way: it hasn't been the most successful of seasons for either Hiroki Kuroda (4-5, 4.23 ERA) or Drew Hutchison (5-5, 3.86 ERA) so far, but there's still a long way to go. Hutchison and the Blue Jays will be barely favored at home for this evening's game.

We have varying opinions here, with Willie liking Toronto to get it done and Jeff all over the Yankees. Will the Blue Jays pull off the sweep?

MLB Pick: Willie: Blue Jays -110 // Jeff: Yankees +105

Los Angeles Dodgers (Haren) vs. Kansas City Royals (Shields)
Covered by Willie Bee
Clayton Kershaw was at his very best once again yesterday, guiding the Dodgers to yet another road win. Los Angeles is now 25-16 on the road overall this season, one of the better records in the majors.

We have our doubts Dan Haren (7-4, 3.62 ERA) will be able to be as efficient tonight despite a solid start to his campaign. James Shields (8-3, 3.70 ERA) starts for Kansas City, with Willie backing the OVER.

MLB Pick: OVER 8

Boston Red Sox (Buchholz) vs. Seattle Mariners (Iwakuma)
Covered by Ron Patrick
If you didn't know, the Mariners are one of the hottest teams in baseball right now, having won five straight games. They're only 5.5 back of the Athletics for the top spot in the AL West because of their excellent run.

Ron has analyzed the MLB odds, and in the battle between Hisashi Iwakuma (5-3, 3.04 ERA) and Clay Buchholz (2-4, 7.02 ERA), Ron has opted for Iwakuma and the Mariners.

MLB Pick: Mariners -133

San Diego Padres (Kennedy) vs. San Francisco Giants (Lincecum)
Covered by Jeff Grant
It's been a turbulent couple of weeks for the Giants, who have dropped eight of their last ten games. As a result, San Francisco's lead atop the division is only three, with the Dodgers playing at a high level right now and making a run.

We have Tim Lincecum and Ian Kennedy pitching tonight. We've seen great things but mostly inconsistency out of these two this season, but ultimately Jeff is banking on a win for Lincecum and company.

MLB Pick: Giants -120

Detroit Tigers (Sanchez) vs. Texas Rangers (Saunders)
Covered by Willie Bee and Matthew Jordan
The winning streak is now at five games for the Tigers? And what about the Rangers? Well they've been awful, losing six straight to put them in a massive hole in the division.

You'd have to say the pitching edge goes to Detroit in tonight's matchup, considering Anibal Sanchez (4-2, 2.33 ERA) has looked great when healthy. Willie and Matthew agree that the Tigers are the right side, with the latter going as far as to take them on the run-line. He also likes the OVER.

MLB Pick: Willie: Tigers -1.5 (+115) // Matthew: Tigers -133, Tigers -1.5 (+125) and OVER 9

Chicago White Sox (Noesi) vs. Baltimore Orioles (Jimenez)
Covered by Jeff Grant
How on earth can you pick a side in this game? Ubaldo Jimenez (2-8, 4.63 ERA) and Hector Noesi (2-5, 5.34 ERA) have both been terrible this season.

Throw in the fact Baltimore is 17-18 at home and Chicago is 15-24 on the road and we don't see an edge whatsoever with a money-line selection. We can't fault Jeff at all for focusing on a total play, though some may be surprised to see he actually thinks the UNDER holds the most value.

MLB Pick: UNDER 9
