This sports handicapper went a perfect 3-0 with his MLB picks on Monday. Find out how he recommends betting on Tuesday's matches between the Cardinals/Rockies and Indians/Mariners.

Cardinals (Wacha) vs. Rockies (DeLaRosa) 8:40 PM ET
The Cardinals Michael Wacha has been brilliant this season. However, in his one career start versus the Rockies that wasn’t the case. In that outing, he allowed 4 earned runs on 12 hits in just 4 2/3 innings pitched. The Cardinals are currently installed as a -117 money line favorite in tonight’s game. They’ve gone 9-2 over the total this season in away games when -100 to -150.

Jorge De La Rosa has really struggled at home this season. In five starts at Coors Field, De La Rosa has posted a large 8.44 ERA, mammoth 2.02 WHIP, and walked 16 in just 21 1/3 innings. The Rockies are hitting a sizzling .303 as a team during their 29 home games in 2015. They’ve also gone 16-7 over the total this year when facing an opponent with a winning record.

Considering that Michael Wacha is on the mound tonight, sportsbooks have thrown the bait out for bettors to bite on wagering under the total. However, this is one bettor that won’t be deceived. I like this one to play on the high side for one of my MLB picks, and Heritage provides me the best value in that regard.

MLB Picks: Play on the Cardinals and Rockies over 9.5 (-110) at Heritage.

Mariners (Elias) vs. Indians (Kluber) 7:10 PM ET
The Indians will send ace Corey Kluber to the mound today. He enters this outing in very good form over his last three starts, posting a stellar 3.13 ERA, and compiling a terrific 14.5:1 strikeout to walk ratio. Kluber has made two career starts versus Seattle and both came since 2014. In those outings, he posted an excellent 1.69 ERA, 0.69 WHIP, and struck out 21 while walking only 1. Cleveland is 6-2-1 under the total during their previous nine games.

The Seattle Mariners have gone under the MLB odds total in each of their previous five games, and there was a paltry average of 3.0 runs combined scored per contest. The Mariners starting pitcher Roenis Elias has gone 8-0 under the total this season and posted a very good 2.94 ERA. I like this game to be a low scoring affair for one of my MLB picks, and Pinnacle provides me with the best price.

MLB Picks: Play on the Indians and Mariners under 7.0 (-103)
