Baseball is back in full swing and we're going to be here helping you on your way to deciphering where the best MLB betting value is. We've got another busy day ahead of us on Tuesday – which picks are our handicappers liking the look of?

We've got nine games scheduled for tonight, with the Angels (-170 vs. Mariners) and Rays (-150 vs. Blue Jays) acting as the largest favorites on the board. Below are the six contests we're looking at closely for our baseball picks.

Philadelphia Phillies (Burnett) vs. Texas Rangers (Perez)
Covered by Willie Bee
Runs were aplenty in yesterday's opener. Cliff Lee got the win for the Phillies, but it certainly wasn't pretty, with Philadelphia hanging on for a 14-10 victory in Arlington.

Can we expect the pitchers to perform better in game two of the series? We have lefty Martin Perez going up against AJ Burnett, who makes his Phillies debut this evening. The Rangers will come in favored at between -135 and -145.

MLB Pick:Phillies-Rangers Over 8.5 (-110)

Seattle Mariners (Ramirez) vs. Los Angeles Angels (Wilson)
Covered by Ron Patrick
Round one was a knockout punch in favor of Seattle, who scored a whopping six runs in the top of the ninth to cruise to a 10-3 victory. Felix Hernandez got the winning decision and Jered Weaver picked up the loss.

Tonight it'll be C.J. Wilson trying his best up against Robinson Cano and company. The Mariners, who will turn to Erasmo Ramirez, are sizable underdogs at +160 or so at the sportsbooks.

MLB Pick: OVER 7.5

New York Yankees (Sabathia) vs. Houston Astros (Feldman)
Covered by Ron Patrick
It's the season opener for both of these teams, with Scott Feldman picking up the starting nod for Houston and CC Sabathia taking the bump for New York.

The Yankees, as you surely know, made some more big splashes during the offseason, signing the likes of Jacoby Ellsbury, Carlos Beltran and Brian McCann. With Sabathia on the hill and a new-look offense, New York is favored at approximately -140 tonight.

MLB Pick: Yankees +111

Atlanta Braves (Wood) vs. Milwaukee Brewers (Lohse)
Covered by Jeff Grant

The Braves couldn't figure out Yovani Gallardo yesterday, failing to score a single run while getting held to five hits overall in a 2-0 loss.

Let's see if they have better luck against Kyle Lohse, who pitched a complete-game two-hitter in his only meeting with the Braves last season. As of now, the MLB betting lines show Milwaukee favored at -115 to -120.

MLB Pick: Milwaukee Brewers -116

Los Angeles Dodgers (Greinke) vs. San Diego Padres (Kennedy)
Covered by Jeff Grant
Ian Kennedy and Zack Greinke are the two starters for this evening's matchup. Kennedy struggled against the Dodgers last year, going 0-2 with a 6.62 ERA in three starts.

Meanwhile, Greinke excelled against San Diego, going 2-0 with a 1.44 ERA in four appearances. He struck out 22 and walked only five, while holding Padres batters to an overall batting average of .157. It's no wonder the Dodgers are favored to the tune of -150 for tonight.

MLB Pick: Over 8 ½ (-105) for 2 units

San Francisco Giants (Cain) vs. Arizona Diamondbacks (Miley)
Covered by Swinging Johnson
The Giants won a thriller last night, scoring a total of six runs in the final three innings to notch the 9-8 victory. Brandon Belt and Buster Posey went deep for San Francisco.

We don't expect to see that much offense in game two of the series, not with Wade Miley and Matt Cain on the mound. Looking over the top MLB betting sites, we see the odds are relatively even, with San Francisco and Arizona both available for backing at -105.

MLB Pick: Over 8 ½ (-105) for 2 units
