We browse the early odds board in search of betting value on Sunday's card. Read on and find two MLB picks that will maximize your profits as you enjoy the NFL games of the day.

Tigers vs. Blue Jays

Right-hander Anibal Sanchez (3-3, 7.07 ERA, 1.61 WHIP) takes the hill for the Tigers, looking for his first win since August 1. He pitched to one batter in the first inning of Tuesday's game against the Royals and gave up one run on one hit before being removed after just five pitches because he took a line drive off the calf. Sanchez has a 7.38 ERA in 12 road appearances (six starts) and he struggled in his only start against the Blue Jays this season.

J.A. Happ (7-10, 3.85 ERA, 1.37 WHIP) starts for the Blue Jays after dominating the Red Sox on Monday, when he allowed one earned run on six hits with three walks and three strikeouts over 5 2/3 innings of a 10-4 win. Happ has a 3.77 ERA in 11 home starts and momentum is on his side so I'm taking the Blue Jays on the runline at MLB odds to be determined.

Dallas Keuchel (12-3, 2.88 ERA, 1.09 WHIP) will start for the Astros, coming off a solid effort against the Mariners on Monday, when he gave up two earned runs on seven hits (one home run) with two walks and five strikeouts in 7 2/3 innings of a 6-2 win. Keuchel is 7-1 with a 3.47 ERA and one complete game in 10 road starts and he's dominated the Athletics this season, going 3-0 with an 0.83 ERA in three starts against them.

Kendall Graveman (4-4, 4.70 ERA, 1.43 WHIP) will make his 16th start for the Athletics, hoping to get back on track after a rough outing against the Angels last
Tuesday, when he allowed four earned runs on five hits with three walks and three strikeouts in five innings to get a no-decision in an 8-7 loss. Graveman is 0-1 with a 2.45 ERA in two starts against the Astros this season but he's 3-0 with a 3.17 ERA in eight home starts. Still, I'm backing the Astros on the runline with my MLB picks.
