In preparation for another full day of baseball, we've got another MLB odds report to help out you dedicated handicappers. Our experts have looked over the public lines and believe they've found the best values with their sports picks. Do you agree?

Texas Rangers (Lewis) vs. New York Yankees (McCarthy)
Covered by Ron Patrick
The Yankees have rebounded from a series-opening loss to win each of the following two games. This afternoon they can make it three in a row, though they'll need some quality innings out of Brandon McCarthy.

McCarthy has looked sharp in his new digs, allowing only two earned runs over 12 and 2/3 innings in his first two starts. Can he get the job done again versus Texas?

New York is the clear-cut favorite (at right around -175) against Colby Lewis (6-7, 6.37 ERA) and the Rangers. Ron, though, is more interested in a total play and thinks the UNDER represents the best value.

MLB Pick: UNDER 9

Baltimore Orioles (Chen) vs. Seattle Mariners (Iwakuma)
Covered by Willie Bee
The lead atop the AL East is down to three games for the Orioles and there's a good chance it could shrink even further, as they'll come up against Hisashi Iwakuma tonight.

Iwakuma has been an integral part of Seattle's success throughout the season. He's 8-4 with a 2.95 ERA on the year and he'll lead out the Mariners as roughly -130 to -140 favorites on the MLB odds board here.

For the Orioles, Wei-Yin Chen (10-3, 4.21 ERA) will start and, even though he's been solid and Baltimore has excelled (29-22) on the road, Willie likes this price on Iwakuma and the Mariners at home.

MLB Pick: Mariners -130

Detroit Tigers (Scherzer) vs. Los Angeles Angels (Richards)
Covered by Ron Patrick and Jeff Grant
After taking two of three in Arizona, the Tigers' next stop on their road trip is LA, where they'll face off against the Angels in a four-game series.

The opener promises to be a treat, with two of the better pitchers in the American League going at it. Both Garrett Richards (11-2, 2.47 ERA) and Max Scherzer (11-3, 3.34 ERA) have been fantastic this season.

For such a big game, you can't blame us for doing double duty with our coverage. We have two different MLB picks for this one – Ron likes the OVER, while Jeff thinks readers should take Detroit through the first five innings.

MLB Pick: Ron: OVER 7 // Jeff: Tigers (First Five Innings)

New York Mets (Gee) vs. Milwaukee Brewers (Garza)
Covered by Jeff Grant
The Brewers are handling the pressure well for now, holding off St. Louis, Pittsburgh and Cincinnati for the top spot in the division. They've won three straight games ahead of meeting with Dillon Gee and the Mets.

Gee has been impressive in limited action this season, going 4-2 with a 2.92 ERA. Will he out-duel Matt Garza this evening? Garza (6-7, 4.04 ERA) has been inconsistent, but this matchup sets up nicely for him.

The MLB odds are squarely in Milwaukee's favor for tonight and Jeff is forecasting a win for the favorites.

MLB Pick: Brewers -155

Chicago White Sox (Noesi) vs. Minnesota Twins (Hughes)
Covered by Matthew Jordan
In a battle between the two teams with the worst records in the AL Central, the Twins and White Sox will square off in Minnesota.

Looking over the pitching matchup, you'd have to say the edge goes to Phil Hughes and the Twins. Hughes is 10-6 with a 4.06 ERA, which are much better numbers than what Hector Noesi (4-7, 5.21 ERA) has accounted for.

With his recommended sports picks, Matthew has opted to take a chance on Chicago at a nice underdog price and also believes the OVER has a good chance of hitting.

MLB Pick: White Sox +143 and OVER 8.5
