How can we best exploit the MLB prop odds for tonight's full slate of baseball action? Let's run some potential options you can add to your tickets.

Colorado Rockies Team Total OVER 4.5 (-110)
This selection speaks for itself.
Yes, the Rockies haven't been piling up the runs at Coors Field like we've seen in years past, but that only means they're due to break out sooner rather than later. What better time than against a gas can like Ryan Vogelsong? Vogelsong has been getting blown up with regularity this season and now has to head the dreaded Coors to deal with Troy Tulowitzki and company. The right-hander has been no stranger to giving up the long ball this season, so this is about as bad of a matchup as you're going to find, especially after the Rockies bats found a little life yesterday.

You could of course look to the other side of this matchup and back the Giants team total to go over on the MLB odds as well, considering we don't have much faith in Kyle Kendrick either. However, we think Vogelsong is far less trustworthy, and Colorado has more than enough power to inflict a lot of damage in a hurry. We think the Rockies will be able to pile up some runs here at home tonight.

Robinson Cano vs. Edwin Encarnacion Total Bases: Cano -130
Here's another pick that seems self-explanatory. Two mashers in Robinson Cano and Edwin Encarnacion are pitted against each other in this prop, but there's a major difference in two in this spot.

On one hand, you've got Cano up against Marco Estrada, who despite some solid overall numbers has not been pitching that efficiently. He's failed to log more than five innings in any of his starts so far, and he's also found difficulty with nailed his command down at times. That doesn't bode well for a matchup against a Seattle team that trouts out one of the most feared middle-of-the-orders in all of baseball: Cano, Nelson Cruz and Kyle Seager. You have to figure Cano is going to get plenty of good pitches to hit against Estrada, a fly-ball pitcher who gives up tons of homers season after season.

Then you throw in the fact King Felix will be pitching for Seattle, and it makes things even more appealing. Yes, this is not all that easy of a matchup for the stud right-hander, but he's been incredible so far this season and is capable of shutting down even the most dangerous of offenses.

Washington Nationals Team Total OVER 4 (-120)
We're picking on another shaky starter, and this time it's Sean O'Sullivan. This does not set up as a good matchup whatsoever for the Phillies, as they're facing shutdown starter Max Scherzer on the road.

O'Sullivan may have decent overall numbers this season, but he appears to be pitching way above his head. This is a guy that owns a career 5.72 ERA and 1.54 WHIP, so you have to think there's a lot of regression coming. It could all very well start this evening against the Washington Nationals, who have the game's hottest hitter within their ranks in Bryce Harper. Harper has been nothing short of amazing thus far and has to be salivating at the chances to match up with O'Sullivan. Don't be surprised to see the 22-year-old phenom blast another one out of the stadium tonight.

But it's not just Harper that could do some damage. Ian Desmond is coming on, and the Nationals have plenty of other bats that have more than enough pop to make life difficult for O'Sullivan. It's another somewhat chalky play, but we really like Washington's chances of teeing off on O'Sullivan here and don't mind sacrificing a little value to back the OVER.
