Our MLB handicapping professional has gone an incredible 10-2 with his underdog picks over the last six betting days. Go inside for two more winners taken from Sunday’s card.

Yankees (Eovaldi) vs. Red Sox (Price) 8:05 PM ET
Based on the Yankees losing four straight, and Boston going 6-1 during its last seven games, public wagering will assuredly support Boston by a lopsided margin at that. Especially since a pitcher with a reputation like David Price has will be on the mound for Boston this evening. However, Price has made three starts at Fenway Park in 2016 for his new team, and had an awful 8.62 ERA during those outings. Boston’s bullpen posted a staff ERA of 3.59 during April.

Nathan Eovaldi gets the nod for New York today. He made two starts at Fenway Park a season ago and went 2-0 with a solid 3.86 ERA. Current (8:30 AM ET) MLB odds at Matchbook indicates the Yankees are a +150 money line underdog. The Yankees have a dismal .234 team batting average so far in 2016.

Any American League road underdog (Yankees) of +150 or more, playing in the month of May, and has a .260 or less team batting average, versus an opponent with a bullpen ERA of 3.75 or less, resulted in those road underdogs going 38-24 (61.3%) during the past five seasons.

Colorado (Bettis) vs.  Arizona (Miller) 4:10 PM ET
Colorado has gone a very profitable 7-4 on the road this season, and that includes 4-1 at Chase Field in Arizona. As a matter of fact, they won each of the first two games of this weekend series by a cumulative score of 14-2. Chad Bettis will be on the mound for Colorado on Sunday, and he’s displayed very good form over his last three starts. During those outings, Bettis posted a stellar 3.37 ERA and 0.91 WHIP.

Arizona has fared very well on the road thus far in 2016, but it’s been the polar opposite at home. They’ve gone a dismal 5-11 at Chase Field. The Diamonds will go with Shelby Miller as their starting pitcher this afternoon. Miller has been in horrible form over his last three starts, posting a large 9.34 ERA, 2.31 WHIP, and walked four more men than he struck out. Quite frankly the Arizona right-hander has struggled since the onset of 2016, posting a terrible 8.69 ERA and 1.93 WHIP during his five outings. He doesn’t figure to get much held from a bullpen staff that’s posted a lofty 5.52 ERA and 1.64 WHIP at home.

For the third straight day in this series I like the money line underdog value, and one of my Sunday MLB picks will indicate exactly that.
