New series are beginning on this Friday in MLB and we're just one week away from August, so you're going to see player performances improve. See who we like with our coveted player props.

Brewers vs. Diamondbacks
Will Paul Goldschmidt Record an RBI? Yes -110... No- 130
No matter how good a player is, they're always going to average under one RBI per game unless they hit 162 RBI's in a season. If anyone were to accomplish that feat, it would be Paul Goldschmidt.

If you put Goldy on a better team, his numbers would be tops in the majors. Regardless, he's having an MVP-like season. Goldschmidt has recorded just 1 RBI in his last 6 games and he faces a tough Brewers club. The RBI came in his last game. I need to see more consistency than that. No is the only option for this prop.

MLB Pick- No -130

White Sox vs. Indians
Will Michael Brantley Record and RBI? Yes -105... No -145
I've already explained that this is a tough type of prop. If anything, Goldy would get an RBI before Brantley. However, Brantley's production has been much greater than Goldschmidt's as of late as he's had 9 RBI's in his last 5 games. Granted, the RBI's have come in bunches, but I'm going to say yes for this prop. Brantley is a clutch player.

MLB Pick- Yes -105

Total Strikeouts For Corey Kluber
Over 7.5 -165
Under 7.5 +125
Kluber has finally gotten run sport and started to win again, but after two consecutive double-digit strikeout efforts, Kluber's strikeout totals have dropped. That said, this is still a guy that has averages over 1 strikeout per inning and the White Sox aren't the most imposing team in the majors. The total is a bit high because he's facing the Sox. Lay the juice and take the over with your MLB picks as Kluber is headed in the right direction.

MLB Pick- Over 7.5 -165

Orioles vs. Rays
Will Evan Longoria Record a Hit? Yes -285... No +200
Along with his team, Longo hasn't had one of his best seasons in 2015. He's been very inconsistent and this has made the Rays a weaker team as he has been the leader in the past. Longoria is 1 for 20 in his last 5 games. The hit was his last game against the Phillies. I think that this prop could go either way because players can gain confidence from a hit after a long drought. I dislike the MLB odds intensely, but the answer is yes. Make this a small play as the juice is enormous

MLB Pick- Yes -285

Nationals vs. Pirates
Total Strikeouts For Max Scherzer
Over 8 -165
Under 8 +125
Mad Max has been near perfect this season, but suffered a loss in his last game as he ran into Zack Greinke, who has a bigtime scoreless streak currently in progress.

Max Scherzer has been a stud all season long for the Nats, but in his last few efforts, his strikeout total has been below the prop provided. In his last 5 games, he's 3-1-1 where the under is concerned. The prop is fairly high and he will be pitching on the road in Pittsburgh against some legitimate hitters. Under is the play.

MLB Pick- Under 8  +125 at Bovada
