What has gotten into the Philadelphia Phillies? Presumed to be the worst team in baseball, the Phillies have the longest winning streak in the NL at six in a row entering Tuesday's game in Colorado. Here are some player props picks for Tuesday.

Phillies vs. Rockies
Most hits, runs and RBIs -- Ryan Howard (+110) vs. Nolan Arenado (-140)

Total strikeouts -- Aaron Harang 'over/under' 4.5

Total hits, runs and RBIs -- Troy Tulowitzki O/U 2.5

Despite this modest winning streak, the Phillies aren't going anywhere this season. Thus expect the team trade Harang sooner rather than later. The 37-year-old is on a cheap one-year deal and is off to a nice start at 4-3 with a 2.03 ERA that's sixth in the National League. Will that continue? No chance, so the Phils need to sell high while they can. He hasn't allowed more than two earned runs in any of his past three starts. Harang has 37 strikeouts in 53.1 innings with a high of eight. He hasn't faced Colorado in 2015 and didn't last year while with Atlanta. Tulowitzki has faced him more than any Rockies hitter, going 6-for-23 with a homer and 10 RBIs. Tulo hit well over .400 at home last season but only .298 with a homer thus far in 2015. Arenado has never faced Harang. Arenado is hitting .271 with a homer and three RBIs in 48 home at-bats. Howard has never faced Rockies starting pitcher Chad Bettis. Howard is hitting a solid .260 with seven homers and 18 RBIs this season against right-handers.

MLB Free Picks: Take Howard, 'over' Harang and 'over' Tulowitzki (-110) with your MLB picks.

Cubs vs. Padres
Most hits, runs and RBIs -- Anthony Rizzo (-115) vs. Matt Kemp (-115)

Who will record more strikeouts -- Jason Hammel (+2) vs. James Shields

Total hits, runs and RBIs -- Justin Upton 'over/under' 2.5

No props currently offered on Cubs star rookie third baseman Kris Bryant but he probably will be a bit jacked up to play in San Diego for the first time as a big leaguer because he starred in college at the University of San Diego. It should be a good pitchers' duel as the total of 6.5 is tied for the lowest on the board. Shields (5-0, 3.91) and Hammel (3-1, 3.11) faced off on April 17 at Wrigley Field, which so happened to be Bryant's first big-league game. The Padres won 5-4. Hammel went 6.1 innings and allowed four runs and seven hits, striking out five. Shields went six and allowed three earned and five hits over six innings, striking out nine. He his third in the NL with 64 strikeouts. Rizzo (.344, eight HRs, 23 RBIs) is an NL MVP candidate. He is 1-for-2 with a double and RBI in his career off Shields. MLB odds makers know that Kemp has faced Hammel plenty, going 8-for-28 with a homer and three RBIs. Justin Upton is 8-for-32 with two doubles, two homers and eight RBIs off Hammel. Upton is hitting .339 this month with four dingers.

MLB Free Picks: Kemp over Rizzo, Shields over Hammel and 'under' on Upton (-160).

Yankees vs. Nationals
Most hits, runs and RBIs -- Jacoby Ellsbury (-115) vs. Yunel Escobar (-115)

Who will record more strikeouts -- Nathan Eovaldi (+1) vs. Gio Gonzalez

Total hits, runs and RBIs -- Bryce Harper 'over/under' 2.5

Potential World Series preview? Could happen as the Yankees are first in the AL East and the Nationals just a game out of first in the NL East. You won't see any props for Alex Rodriguez because he probably has to sit this one out because there's no designated hitter. The Yanks don't want to use him at third any longer. Eovaldi, a former Marlin, has 31 strikeouts in 41.1 innings with a high of nine. Harper is 5-for-13 career off him but hasn't gone yard. Harper is hitting .579 with three homers and eight RBIs over the past seven days and leads the NL in homers, RBIs and runs. Escobar, meanwhile, has never faced Eovaldi. Gonzalez has 42 strikeouts in 42.1 innings with a high of nine. Ellsbury is 2-for-7 with a double and triple career off Gonzalez. Ellsbury leads the Yanks with a .327 average.

MLB Free Picks: Ellsbury over Escobar, Eovaldi over Gonzalez and 'over' on Harper (even money).
