Our MLB betting expert has gone 6-2 over the past two weekend on picks with money line underdog prices. Go inside to find out what his two MLB picks are for today.

Tigers (Verlander) vs. Indians (Carrasco)
With all things being considered, Jason Verlander has enjoyed a stellar 2016 campaign thus far. Nevertheless, he’s a dismal 0-6 in his last six team starts against Cleveland. The veteran right-hander has made two starts against Cleveland since 5/13/16, posting a massive 13.96 ERA, and allowed 5 home runs in just 9 2/3 innings pitched.

Cleveland’s Carlos Carrasco is a perfect 3-0 in his team starts this year against Detroit. Carrasco compiled a microscopic 0.51 ERA through those three outings, and it included a complete game shutout performance.

Cleveland has dominated Detroit in 2016, going 12-1 during their 13 meetings, and the last 11 wins came by 2 runs or more.

The Indians are a very good 48-25 (.658) at home, and that includes an outstanding 39-14 (.736) when there’s a total of 7.0 to 8.5. By the way, current MLB betting odds at Bookmaker shows a total of 8.0 for this AL Central showdown. Cleveland possessed a sizable 2.4 run per game differential throughout the course of those aforementioned 53 contests.

I’m calling for Cleveland to win this afternoon’s game by a decisive margin, and one of my MLB predictions for Saturday will reflect that forecast.

Rays (Andriese) vs. Orioles (Tillman)
Matt Andriese has been in awful form over his last six starts. Through that time period, the Rays right-hander has collected a large 8.61 ERA and surrendered 10 home runs in only 30 1/3 innings of work. Andriese has made one start in each of the past two seasons against Baltimore and had an uninspiring 8.38 ERA.

Baltimore has gone 21-6 in 2016 when Chris Tillman is their starting pitcher, and that consists of a spotless 11-0 record versus AL East Division teams. Baltimore is an excellent 46-26 at Camden Yards this year, including 7-1 when facing Tampa Bay.

Since I like Baltimore to win on Saturday and do so by a lopsided margin, Bookmaker provides me with the best price for this run line wager. Bookmaker is currently offering its customers a 50% free play.

Free MLB Pick: Orioles -1.5 (+140)
