We browse the early odds board in search of MLB betting value on Sunday's card. Read on and find two selections that will maximize your profits before Sunday Night Football.

Orioles vs. Yankees

Right-hander Ubaldo Jimenez (5-10, 5.75 ERA, 1.60 WHIP) takes the hill for the Orioles, looking to avoid losing his fourth straight decision. Jimenez gave up three earned runs on six hits (one home run) with two walks and five strikeouts in five innings of a 4-3 loss against the Blue Jays last Monday and he's just 3-7 with a 6.31 ERA in 16 road appearances (12 starts).

CC Sabathia (11-5, 3.85 ERA, 1.31 WHIP) starts for the Yankees after allowing one earned run on six hits with two walks and six strikeouts in 4 1/3 innings to get a no-decision in a 5-1 win against the Rays last Monday. Sabathia is 4-1 with a 2.70 ERA in six day starts and Jimenez is winless since August 6 so I'm looking at the Yankees -1.5 at +100 MLB odds.

Mariners vs. Astros

Andrew Moore (1-3, 5.36 ERA, 1.11 WHIP) will start for the Mariners, trying to get his first win since June 22. Moore pitched well against the Rangers last Monday, giving up one earned run on one hit (one home run) with one walk and seven strikeouts over six innings to get a no-decision in a 5-3 loss and he's posted a 2.25 ERA over his last two starts but he has a 6.00 ERA in two road appearances (one start).

Justin Verlander (12-8, 3.58 ERA, 1.23 WHIP) will make his third start for the Astros, going for his third straight win with them. Verlander threw eight scoreless innings against the Angels last Tuesday, allowing just a hit, a walk and a hit batsman with nine strikeouts in a 1-0 victory and he's now 2-0 with an 0.64 ERA in two starts with the Astros, including a win against the Mariners. I'm taking the Astros on the runline with my MLB picks, Verlander has been lights out since joining them and I can't go against him right now.
