Twins vs. Blue Jays

Right-hander Kyle Gibson (7-10, 5.76 ERA, 1.68 WHIP) takes the hill for the Twins after dominating the White Sox on Monday, when he gave up one run on seven hits with one walk and eight strikeouts over seven innings of a 4-1 win but he's just 4-3 with a 4.83 ERA in 10 road starts.

Joe Biagini (3-8, 5.11 ERA, 1.32 WHIP) starts for the Blue Jays for the first time since July 2, when he allowed seven runs on 10 hits (two home runs) with two walks and seven strikeouts in 5 1/3 innings of a 15-1 loss against the Red Sox and he's 2-5 with a 4.95 ERA in 18 home appearances (six starts). I'm looking at Over 9.5 at -115 MLB odds, as both teams are capable of putting up a ton of runs against two unreliable starters.

Royals vs. Indians

Danny Duffy (8-8, 3.78 ERA, 1.25 WHIP) will start for the Royals after a solid effort against the Rockies on Tuesday, when he gave up two earned runs on one hit (one home run) and three walks with seven strikeouts over six innings of a 3-2 win. Duffy has at least six strikeouts in five straight starts, but his 4.50 ERA and 1.20 WHIP in those outings despite an 11.1 strikeout-to-walk ratio (K/9) are a disappointment, just like his 4.30 ERA in 12 road starts.

Carlos Carrasco (12-6, 3.95 ERA, 1.14 WHIP) will make his 26th start of the season for the Indians, trying to get back on track after losing against the Red Sox on Tuesday, when he allowed six earned runs on eight hits (one home run) and one walk with six strikeouts in a 9-1 setback. Carrasco has given up five or more earned runs four times in his last 11 starts but he does rank sixth in the American League with 12 wins and fifth with a 1.14 WHIP and 167 strikeouts.

I can't trust Duffy, as he's 0-2 with a 5.91 ERA in two starts against the Indians. Carrasco on the other hand is just 3-4 with a 5.13 ERA in 11 home starts and the Royals already beat him this season, so I'm going Over 8.5 (+102) with my MLB picks.
