We've covering each one of tonight's seven games, so come in and see the breakdown of all of the available MLB betting odds as well as our handicappers' favorite picks of the day. Is there value out there to exploit?

Oakland Athletics (Gray) vs. Texas Rangers (Darvish)
Covered by Ron Patrick
The Rangers, despite losing yesterday, are on a nice roll right now and now turn to ace Yu Darvish to keep the good times rolling. Darvish is 1-0 with a 1.61 ERA through four starts.

Oakland calls on young Sonny Gray, who's gone 3-1 with an impressive 2.25 ERA while striking out 31 over 32 innings of work. A great pitching matchup in Arlington tonight, so make sure you check back to see what play Ron likes most.

MLB Pick: A's +135 at 5Dimes

Tampa Bay Rays (Odorizzi) vs. Chicago White Sox (Rienzo)
Covered by Ron Patrick
However you look at it, the Rays have been disappointing to open up the season. They're in last place in the AL East with a 11-14 record and need a win tonight to avoid a 3-1 series loss to the White Sox.

Chicago, who have gone 8-5 at home this season, will be looking for some effective innings out of Andre Rienzo, who gave up five hits and four runs over 6 and 1/3 innings in his first start of the season five days ago. Ron isn't liking either of these pitchers tonight but is backing Tampa Bay's pen.

MLB Pick: Rays -120

San Diego Padres (Ross) vs. San Francisco Giants (Bumgarner)
Covered by Ron Patrick
Whenever you've got an ace like Madison Bumgarner pitching at home, you know who the favorites are going to be. It only helps that the Giants are on a nice run right now, having won four straight games.

They'll come in roughly -155 to win over Tyson Ross and the Padres. Ron has looked over this game and believes readers should take on the chalk and roll with San Francisco to secure the victory.

MLB Pick: Giants -155

Chicago Cubs (Samardzija) vs. Cincinnati Reds (Simon)
Covered by Jeff Grant
Neither team has been playing well lately, but it's the Reds that will check in as strong favorites in the MLB odds. Alfredo Simon (3-1, 1.30 ERA) has impressed early and will take the bump for Cincinnati this evening.

While Jeff Samardzija has also been performing at a high level, Jeff is going to take the home team to win and subsequently end their three-game losing streak.

MLB Pick: Reds -150

Milwaukee Brewers (Gallardo) vs. St. Louis Cardinals (Wacha)
Covered by Jeff Grant
Not many would have predicted it would be the Brewers atop the NL Central, but they've raced out to a 18-7 start and aren't showing many signs of slowing down. Can Yovani Gallardo give them some a quality start tonight?

Gallardo will need to be at his best, given St. Louis will call on young stud Michael Wacha, who's allowed only seven earned runs over 30 innings this season. Jeff believes St. Louis will get the win.

MLB Pick: Cardinals -150

Colorado Rockies (Morales) vs. Arizona Diamondbacks (Miley)
Covered by Willie Bee
You would think playing at home would bring with it an inherent advantage, but the Diamondbacks are an awful 2-13 at their own ballpark this season. Regardless, Arizona comes in as the roughly -130 favorite at the sportsbooks for tonight's matchup with Colorado.

Wade Miley (2-2, 4.50 ERA) will be opposed by Franklin Morales (2-1, 3.86 ERA), with the total set at 8.5 runs. After considering each sports betting angle, Willie has opted for the OVER has his preferred selection.

MLB Pick: OVER 8.5

Cleveland Indians (Masterson) vs. Los Angeles Angels (Skaggs)
Covered by Willie Bee
Both teams remain under .500 for the season but are hoping to turn things around in a hurry. The Angels may like their chances with Tyler Skaggs (2-0, 3.21 ERA) on the mound, especially since Justin Masterson (0-0, 4.50 ERA) has struggled at times so far.

However, Willie doesn't see much of an edge on either side and is therefore recommending that we take the underdogs with our MLB picks for tonight's ballgame.

MLB Pick: Indians +115
