We couldn’t get another hit or run from Charlie Blackmon on Monday to make it a profitable day. With heavy chalk on our winning wager, we dipped a little overall. However, I am not panicking and plan on winning Thursday night's MLB prop picks.

Season MLB Props Record: 10-10 (-0.85 units)

Miguel Sano O/U 2½ Runs, Hits & RBIs

Sano is quietly one of the better young hitters in baseball. However, because he plays on the Twins the 24-year-old doesn’t get the same type of hype as other young hitters in much bigger markets. That is prime opportunity for us tonight with Bovada sportsbook offering some nice odds on Sano’s runs, hits and RBIs.

The Twins are going up against southpaw David Price, who has been far from the ace that the Red Sox paid him to be. I’m all about turnarounds and I think Price’s is coming because of the small sample size, but his splits against righties this season have been hard to ignore.

Righties own a .343 wOBA over 123 batters faced this season, and Sano has been no slouch against lefties. He owns a .402 wOBA against them with a .317 isolated power. If he can avoid getting struck out in this one, I love his chances of getting ahold of one against Price -- or just having a bang-up night at the plate. For the price of +125 on the 'over,' Bovada is giving away money in this one.

Free MLB Pick: 'Over' 2½ (+125)Best Lines Offered Both: Bovada

Travis Shaw O/U Runs, Hits & RBIs

The Brewers are up against Homer Bailey and the Reds tonight and while guys like Eric Thames are getting a lot of the hype for the success of the Brewers this season, Shaw has been one of the heavy lifters. He also has a nice spot tonight against Bailey. While Thames  also looks like a great play, I think Shaw is the best 'over' bet.

Shaw is red hot right now, and he has hit home runs in each of his last three games. All we need is one tonight from him to cash the 'over' in this one, but Shaw definitely has the ability to get it done without leaving the yard. He has six multi-hit games this month and homers in four of his last six games. I feel like we have the heat to keep riding him.

Free MLB Pick: 'Over' 2½ (+105)
