Nolan Arenado came through for us yet again on Thursday to help salvage a poor pick on Mookie Betts. We have yet another Red Sox game for Sunday Night Baseball tonight against the Astros and I am back with more valuable prop picks from Bovada sportsbook.

Carlos Correa O/U 2 runs, hits and RBI

While Carlos Correa has been a little better against right-handed pitching this season, he is up against the southpaw David Price tonight in a game that I think the Astros lineup is going to mash.

For his career, Correa owns a .344 wOBA and an isolated power that is only a few one-thousandths of a percent lower against lefties. While Correa has only a couple career at bats against the lefty, I think he gets him for one here tonight.

Correa has a .322 average at home this season with 14 runs, hits and RBI at home against left-handers. That’s a run, hit or RBI every other plate appearances this season for the Astros’ cleanup man.

If there are guys getting on base ahead of Correa tonight, I see him collecting three or more runs, hits and RBI. If they can get to Price early, that will only help get a righty on the hill, which should add more value to this play.

Will George Springer record a hit on Sunday?

Speaking of guys getting on base for the Astros tonight, their leadoff man also has some nice MLB Odds to record a hit tonight. While the juice is high at -225, much like we did with Daniel Murphy a week or so ago, Springer has better odds this time around and probably a better chance of recording a hit.

Springer has mashed lefties this season. He owns a .339 average with 7 homers and 12 RBI over just 72 plate appearances this season. He hasn’t been great at home against left-handers, but overall this season he is averaging a hit in every four plate appearances against southpaws.

Springer also has more experience against Price, which makes me a little more comfortable about laying that much money just for a 45 percent return. However, Springer owns three career hits off Price and one of them was a homer.

Let’s be honest, Price is a tough player to essentially fade tonight, but he has not been great this season. He has eight walks in his last two starts and he’s allowed nine earned runs in those two starts.

Now on the road against one of the toughest offenses in the league, I think the Astros get to Price tonight and I think Springer will be one of those guys setting the table.
