With the MLB betting lines starting to take shape, it's time to go over the upcoming games one last time.

Keep up-to-date with all of the updated odds at Below you'll find the scoop on the MLB picks we're offering today.

This is most definitely one of the top battles of the day, with two World Series contenders in Detroit and Washington going head-to-head. The Nationals haven't been able to keep up with their hot start, but their incredible pitching is going to keep them at or near the top no matter what.

The MLB odds have moved here, with Washington going from a -110 favorite to a +103 underdog at 5Dimes.

When it comes to making his final selections, Jeff Grant is backing a win for the Nationals, who will have Jordan Zimmermann on the mound.

The Rangers have been one of the MLB's best so far and will try and start their series off with Milwaukee off on the right foot.

Texas made a quick pit-stop in the Windy City yesterday and lost 9-2 to the Cubs. Before that though the Rangers had completed an impressive three-game sweep of Boston at home.

This is a tricky game to cap, as both teams are capable of offensive explosions and we'll have two extremely young pitchers on the bump. That's why Willie Bee is recommending a play on the OVER 8.5 runs instead of a side play here.

These days, you never really know what you're going to get with Tim Lincecum. Sometimes he shows flashes of that same dominance he had earlier in his career, but more often than not he's struggled over the past couple of seasons.

Ron Patrick is tracking this series between San Francisco and Philadelphia. The Phillies won the first game thanks to an outstanding start from Cliff Lee and are hoping to get another gem from Kyle Kendrick.

Considering Kendrick has been the far more consistent pitcher, Ron is adding the visiting Phillies at +125 odds to his MLB picks for the day.

The Diamondbacks cruised in the first game of the series and are hoping to inflict similar damage on Josh Beckett tonight.

Currently, the top online sportsbooks have Arizona listed at +105, which is a considerable difference from the opening number of +120. Apparently the public is not confident whatsoever in what the Dodgers have been bringing to the table lately.

Ron Patrick nailed the opening game of this series, backing an Arizona win, and is going right back there for tonight. Despite Brandon McCarthy's struggles, he doesn't think the Dodgers really deserve a favorite tag at this juncture.

Blue Jays/Rays

Neither Toronto or Tampa Bay have impressed much in the early stages of 2013, but the Blue Jays have truly been a disappointment after their offseason spending spree.

They did manage a heroic comeback last night and will look to carry over that momentum into tonight. Roberto Hernandez gets the call for the Rays and J.A. Happ will be the starting pitcher for the Blue Jays.

Willie Bee got last night's game correct after a lot of sweating, but tonight he's switching gears and rolling with the OVER 8.5 runs at +105 odds.
