There's a huge day of bases awaiting us on Tuesday and we've covering six of the games with extra attention. Find out where our handicappers are laying their faith with their MLB picks for this evening's action.

Baltimore Orioles (Chen) vs. New York Yankees (Nova)
Covered by Willie Bee
One of the few early games features the Yankees and Orioles, with New York hoping to build off a win in their home opener yesterday. Ivan Nova gets the call oppose Wei-Yin Chen, who was beat up badly in his first start.

Willie got it right with his UNDER play yesterday, but this time around he's going the opposite direction. He thinks these pitchers could struggle and is siding with the OVER.

Pick: OVER 8.5

Texas Rangers (Perez) vs. Boston Red Sox (Doubront)
Covered by Ron Patrick
John Lackey was dominant in last night's win for Boston. Can Felix Doubront do something similar for the Red Sox this evening?

For the Rangers, lefty Martin Perez will take the bump after a solid first start which saw him allow seven hits and two earned runs (while striking out seven) in 5 and 2/3 innings. Ron likes the apparent value on Texas in this MLB betting spot and is taking the road dogs.

Pick: Rangers +127

Pittsburgh Pirates (Morton) vs. Chicago Cubs (Jackson)
Covered by Ron Patrick
The Pirates have gotten off to a good 4-2 start to their season and have a good shot at making it 5-2 with Charlie Morton on the mound. He tossed six innings of scoreless ball (4 H, 0 ER, BB, 6 K) in his first outing of the year, which came against the Cubs.

Chicago will counter with Edwin Jackson, who held this same Pirates team to one run over 5 and 1/3 innings. With his recommended MLB picks, Ron will be adding Pittsburgh as small road chalk.

Pick: Pirates -119

Detroit Tigers (Scherzer) vs. Los Angeles Dodgers (Haren)
Covered by Jeff Grant
One of the late games tonight will involve the Dodgers and Tigers in what should be a fantastic series. Dan Haren will start for the Dodgers, while the Tigers turn to Max Scherzer.

Haren looked the part in his Dodgers debut, holding San Diego to four hits and zero runs in six innings of a 5-1 win over San Diego. He'll have to be at his very best to out-pitch Scherzer, but in the end Jeff thinks he can rise to the occasion. He's on Los Angeles.

Pick: Dodgers +110

Cincinnati Reds (Bailey) vs. St. Louis Cardinals (Lynn)
Covered by Doug Upstone
A rough start for the Reds has them at 2-5 on the year, and it's not about to get any easier against Lance Lynn and the Cardinals in St. Louis tonight.

Both Lynn and Cincinnati's Homer Bailey both struggled quite a bit in their first meeting five days ago, but will have a chance at redemption here in a rematch. After examination, Doug believes we should roll with St. Louis to win by two or more runs.

Pick: Cardinals -1.5 (+160)

Los Angeles Angels (Santiago) vs. Seattle Mariners (Paxton)
Covered by Jeff Grant
It's been a great start for the Mariners. They're at 4-2 the season and have the edge in the pitching matchup tonight with James Paxton. Paxton was amazing six days ago, pitching seven innings of scoreless ball with nine strikeouts against these same Angels.

For Los Angeles, Hector Santiago tries to bounce back after a poor performance (5 IP, 7 H, 4 ER) in that same game. Jeff doesn't see it happening though and will be backing Seattle to win again.

Pick: Mariners -122
