Morning MLB Odds Report
Which MLB odds seem to offer us the best value?
We've got quite a lot of heavy chalk on the board today. The Reds are favored at almost -200 to win against the Bwers, while the Rangers (-180 vs. Toronto), Braves (-160 vs. San Francisco), and a host of others are also favored by a large margin.
Below you will find the five games we will be covering. To locate the lines we're talking about, head on over to SBRodds.com for a one-stop shop of MLB betting greatness.

The Giants looked destined to win last night, only to blow the game in the bottom of the ninth. The winning run came Freddie Freeman single, while BJ Upton came up big with two home runs and three RBI in the 6-5 victory.
The win kept the Braves 5.5 games up on the Nationals in the NL East and improved their road record to 22-8 for the season. Because Tim Lincecum has gone 1-3 with a 5.40 ERA away from hone and is coming off a horrendous month of May (1-4, 6.37 ERA), Atlanta has an excellent chance of anotehr W here, which is why they're -160 favorites at the best sportsbooks.

Despite some shaky pitching from Andrew Bailey in the ninth, the Red Sox managed to hold on for the 5-4 win yesterday. The series is now at 2-1 in Baltimore's favor, with Boston hopeful of evening things up with Jon Lester on the hill.
Lester, however, has given up 15 hits and 10 earned runs in two June starts so far and is also rocking a miserable 4.91 ERA in road starts this season. Nonetheless, oddsmakers are still giving the visitors an edge, listing the Red Sox at -108 to secure the victory.

Clayton Kershaw proved a much-needed lift yesterday, though the Pirates were able to fight back and force the game into extra innings. The Dodgers kept their composure though and put up two runs to get the 5-3 win in the end.
Another quality start would go a long way for Zack Greinke and L.A. in this afternoon's game, especially after what Gerrit Cole was able to do in his MLB debut. The MLB odds are in the young kid's favor, as the Pirates are -115 favorites.

The losing streak is now at five games for the Yankees. Can they rely on ace CC Sabathia to bring the good and break the curse today? Not likely according to oddsmakers, who have opened up the Angels as -150 chalk.
That's right. You can back Sabathia and the Yankees at a price of +145, but you may want to think twice before going that route. The lefty has struggled on the road (1-3, 5.54 ERA) and New York's offense has been in a downward spiral.
Phillies (Hamels) vs. Rockies (Chacin)
Covered by Ron Patrick
The Rockies won yesterday's game without much trouble and will try to do something similar against Cole Hamels and the Philles today. Current MLB betting lines show Colorado favored at a pretty short price of -110.
Hamels' underwhelming season is well-documented, but he has allowed just three earned runs over his previous 13.0 innings to lower his ERA to 4.45. The Rockies turn to Jhoulys Chacin, who's 4-3 with a 4.52 ERA and 1.34 WHIP on the year.[gameodds]3/236494/43-349-192/us[/gameodds]
