Another Sunday arrives with some games you're not going to want to miss.

Morning MLB Odds Report

Is there a lot of betting value out there to take advantage of for our MLB picks?

Yankees (Kuroda) vs. Orioles (Tillman)

Covered by Willie Bee

Sunday's prime-time ESPN game will feature Baltimore and New York. The Orioles jumped all over David Phelps yesterday and went on to win 11-3, with Chris Davis hitting two more home-runs to make it 30 on the year.

The Yankees, who have now lost four straight, are praying Hiroki Kuroda will lead them to a much-needed victory tonight. However, Chris Tillman (9-2, 3.72 ERA) and the Orioles are favored at -120.

Blue Jays (Buehrle) vs. Red Sox (Dempster)

Covered by Ron Patrick

Esmil Rogers and the Blue Jays notched a nice 6-2 win over the Red Sox yesterday, with Jose Bautista clubbing his 17th and 18th homers of the season. Whoever backed Toronto with their sports picks made out handsomely.

Today we've got two veterans going head-to-head in Ryan Dempster and Mark Buehrle. Both starters have losing records, but Dempster has been in better form, having allowed three or fewer runs in six straight starts. Boston will come in as -135 or so favorites.

Diamondbacks (Cahill) vs. Braves (Maholm)

Covered by Joe Freda

With Atlanta's entertaining win and Washington's loss, the Braves extended their lead atop the NL East to 6.5 games. They're now 27-11 at home and will try to add another win with Paul Maholm set to start.

The Diamondbacks will bring Trevor Cahill to the table and he had a horrible outing five days ago, giving up eight hits and six runs over 5.0 innings, which subsequently raised his ERA from 3.92 to 4.29. Today Maholm and the Braves are quoted at -140 to win.

Giants (Bumgarner) vs. Rockies (Pomeranz)

Covered by Joe Catalano

The Giants lost in walkoff fashion last night in a defeat that puts them at a dreadful 14-27 on the road for the year. Luckily they'll have Madison Bumgarner (7-5, 3.20 ERA) taking the hill against the Rockies.

Colorado will have Drew Pomeranz making his first appearance at the major league level this season. He's gone 8-1 with a 4.20 ERA in Triple-A, but in his MLB career he's gone 4-10 with a 5.01 ERA and 1.45 WHIP. Look for the Giants to get a lot of love at a short price of -110 in the MLB odds.

Phillies (Kendrick) vs. Dodgers (Fife)

Covered by Willie Bee

Truthfully, the Dodgers have to be really pleased with what they've gotten out of Stephen Fife since he was called into the rotation. After a rough season debut, he's allowed three or fewer starts in all five of his following starts.

Fife needs to be good again today against Kyle Kendrick and the Phillies (+108 to win today). Kendrick is 3-2 with a solid 3.54 ERA on the road and has surrendered only nine hits and three earned runs over his last two assignments, a span that covers 15 and 2/3 innings.

Cubs (Jackson) vs. Mariners (Bonderman)

Covered by Joe Freda

To wrap things up, we've got Jeremy Bonderman and the Mariners playing host to Edwin Jackson and the Cubs. Jackson owns a 3-10 record and 5.84 ERA in 2013, while Bonderman is 1-1 with a 3.30 ERA up until this point.

Both games in this series have been decided in extra innings, with Seattle taking game one and Chicago bouncing back to take the spoils last night. The odds are tight, but the Mariners hold the favorites (-110) tag for now.
