Like every Sunday during the baseball season the betting boards are full of action, but for this particular day we have selected a few teams that bring plenty of value on the MLB odds.

Red Sox vs. Twins

The Boston Red Sox will be gunning for their 5th consecutive win today and we like their chances with big John Lackey (1-4. 4.05 ERA) toeing the rubber against the Minnesota Twins lefty hander Pedro Hernandez (2-0, 5.79 ERA).

Boston has cashed in and feasted off teams with losing records, going 16-5 in the last 21, while the Twins have dropped five in a row at home.

Additionally, the Red Sox are an impressive 25-10 in their last 35 when laying the chalk on the highway. Minnesota is just 1-4 in their last five as an underdog.

MLB Pick: Red Sox -125 at bet365

Giants vs. Rockies

In this NL West showdown, the Colorado Rockies will look to make it three straight against their nemesis San Francisco Giants.

Barry Zito (3-2, 3.40 ERA) gets the nod for the Giants in this one and that might be good news for bettors backing San Francisco, as the lefty is 7-3 in his last 10 starts on the road.

Colorado will counter with righty Juan Nicasio (3-1, 5.13 ERA), who is 0-5 in his last five starts on a Sunday.

However, the Rockies are 17-8 in their last 25 played at Coors field and 16-5 in their last 21 as a favorite.

MLB Pick: Rockies -125 at William Hill for your sport picks.

Rays vs. Orioles

The Tampa Bay Rays have won two in a row and eight of ten, while the slumping Baltimore Orioles have dropped four straight.

The Rays have also one four of five on the highway, seven straight against a right-handed starter and five in a row against American League East adversaries.

Meanwhile, the Orioles are winless in their last five home games and 2-5 in their last seven played on a Sunday.

MLB Pick: Rays -115 at bet365 for your MLB Picks.

White Sox vs. Angels (Totals Play)

The Chicago White Sox have gone over the posted total in five of seven played on the road and 21 of 33 in the finale of a four-game series.

The Los Angeles Angels are 35-15-2 over in their last 52 games overall and six of their last eight played at the Big A.

In head to head action, these teams have eclipsed the total in 9 of their last 13 meetings.

MLB Pick: Over 7 ½ at William Hill
