Here's what our handicappers are picking for five different games today. Are you on the same side?

Yankees (Kuroda) vs. Red Sox (Lackey)

Covered by Willie Bee

You couldn't ask for a better pitching matchup for game two of the series. John Lackey is 7-6 with a 2.78 ERA, while Hiroki Kuroda is 8-6 with an even better 2.65 ERA. It's likely we'll be seeing another low-scoring affair after Boston's 4-2 win yesterday.

Willie completely nailed his pick on last night's game, predicting that the UNDER 9.5 runs would come through. That it did. This afternoon he's going to take a chance on the Red Sox on the run-line, which is available for the taking at +135.

Athletics (Straily) vs. Angels (Wilson)

Covered by Ron Patrick

Jered Weaver was practically unhittable in last night's win for the Angels, and the home team will be hoping to get some more quality innings out of C.J. Wilson tonight. Coming in however, the Athletics have gone 10-4 in Dan Straily's starts this season.

Like Willie, Ron was right on when he believed the UNDER was the way to go with his readers' sports picks. He's staying the course again tonight, selecting the UNDER eight runs to come through at the sportsbooks.

Dodgers (Greinke) vs. Nationals (Gonzalez)

Covered by Willie Bee

More of the same. Willie hit the UNDER in game one of the series, which featured Ricky Nolasco testing his stuff against Washington's ace Stephen Strasburg. The Marlins ended up winning 3-2 to start off the set in great fashion.

Again Willie is going with the UNDER and we really can't blame his thinking here. Gio Gonzalez and Zack Greinke can both straight up dominate when on their games, so that's why the UNDER 7.5 runs is getting recommended in the nation's capital.

Orioles (Gonzalez) vs. Rangers (Wolf)

Covered by Joe Freda

Tonight the Rangers will put their 54-42 overall record and 27-20 mark at home on the line against the Orioles, who are 54-43 overall and 25-23 on the road. Baltimore won game one yesterday in a low-scoring game in Arlington.

Texas will lean on Ross Wolf, who pitched six innings of solid ball nine days ago in his start against this same Baltimore lineup. The Rangers will have Miguel Gonzalez on the mound, and in the end it's the UNDER 9.5 runs that Joe believes will cash.

Pirates (Burnett) vs. Reds (Latos)

Covered by Joe Freda

Mat Latos, who's 5-1 with a 3.53 ERA at home this season, will be aiming to out-pitch A.J. Burnett, who's 2-3 with a 3.46 ERA in seven road starts on the year. Latos has yet to win any of his three starts against the Pirates, while Burnett gave up six hits and three runs in his one start assignment versus the Reds.

The MLB odds have Cincinnati favored in and around the -140 area. Sticking with a similar theme, Joe is taking the UNDER eight runs.

Morning MLB Odds Report

Yankees (Kuroda) vs. Red Sox (Lackey)

Covered by Willie Bee

Felix Doubront continues his stellar form against the Yankees, leading to a 4-2 win for Boston in the opener last night. We should have an even better pitching matchup this afternoon, with Hiroki Kuroda going against John Lackey. The Red Sox are -150 betting odds favorites.

Athletics (Straily) vs. Angels (Wilson)

Covered by Ron Patrick

C.J. Wilson and Dan Straily are a combined 15-8 on the season, but Wilson has the superior ERA at 3.37. However, Straily has the better WHIP and will try and hold down L.A.'s resurgent bats in one of the late games tonight. You can back the Angels as -140 chalk.

Dodgers (Greinke) vs. Nationals (Gonzalez)

Covered by Willie Bee

We should be in for a great one this evening, as Gio Gonzalez (7-3, 3.03 ERA) tries to out-pitch Zack Greinke (8-2, 3.49 ERA). The MLB odds are quite even here for our baseball picks, but the Nationals get the nod as small -125 favorites at most sportsbooks.

Orioles (Gonzalez) vs. Rangers (Wolf)

Covered by Joe Freda

The Orioles took game one against Derek Holland last night. Can they make it two out of two with Miguel Gonzalez on the hill? It's Texas that's favored by oddsmakers, but not by much, as the home team is at -115, with Baltimore at +105.

Pirates (Burnett) vs. Reds (Latos)

Covered by Joe Freda

Another great matchup here between two terrific pitchers. Both Mat Latos and A.J. Burnett have been rock-solid in the rotation for their respective teams this season. When it comes to the sports betting odds though, Cincinnati is trading as -145 chalk.
