How are the MLB betting lines shaping up for Friday night? It's a full schedule, so we've got lots of games to go through, and our handicappers have dished out their favorite baseball betting picks of the day. Are you on the right side?

The heaviest favorites on the board tonight are the Tigers (-215 vs. Minnesota), Braves (-10 vs. Chicago Cubs), Reds (-170 vs. Colorado) and Orioles (-165 vs. Houston). The highest totals can be found in the Blue Jays/Angels (9.5) and White Sox/Diamondbacks (9) games.

On to the breakdown and accompanying predictions...

San Francisco Giants (Bumgarner) vs. Los Angeles Dodgers (Maholm)
Covered by Ron Patrick
The Giants took last night's opener in 10 innings and now send out ace Madison Bumgarner, so they've got to like their chances of another victory. Ron thinks San Francisco will win and extend their lead atop the division and will be taking them on the run-line for even more value. Will Bumgarner get the job done?

Pick: Giants -1.5 (+140)

St. Louis Cardinals (Wacha) vs. Pittsburgh Pirates (Liriano)
Covered by Ron Patrick
Could this be the start of a turnaround for the Pirates? They were down and out at 12-20 overall, but they've won two in a row and will go for three behind the arm of Francisco Liriano. After looking at what kind of value sportsbooks are offering, Ron is running with the UNDER.

Pick: UNDER 7

Boston Red Sox (Buchholz) vs. Texas Rangers (Darvish)
Covered by Ron Patrick
It's been a rough start for Clay Buchholz, who's 2-2 with a 5.63 ERA this season. Still, Boston has the better bullpen and Yu Darvish hasn't been as dominant as usual lately, so Ron is liking the underdog price that we get by siding with the road team this evening.

Pick: Red Sox +140

Houston Astros (Feldman) vs. Baltimore Orioles (Chen)
Covered by Jeff Grant
After missing almost a month through injury, the Astros will be ecstatic to get Scott Feldman (2-1, 1.69 ERA) back. He'll start in Baltimore tonight, with Wei-Yin Chen (3-2, 4.24 ERA) getting the start for the Orioles. Baltimore has struggled as heavy home favorites recently, so Jeff is looking for the upset tonight.

Pick: Astros +153

Philadelphia Phillies (Hernandez) vs. New York Mets (Mejia)
Covered by Jeff Grant
A NL East showdown between the Mets and Phillies starts tonight, with both teams really needing a win. New York has lost three in a row and Philadelphia just got swept in Toronto, so the urgency should be there for both sides. In the opener, Jeff is predicting we'll see a few runs and is therefore on the OVER.

Pick: OVER 7.5

New York Yankees (Tanaka) vs. Milwaukee Brewers (Gallardo)
Covered by Jeff Grant
For now, you'd have to say New York's huge investment on Masahiro Tanaka is paying off. He's 4-0 with a 2.53 ERA on the year, but can he keep it going against a Brewers team that's gone 22-13? Jeff foresees a pitchers duel and will recommend the UNDER as one of his free sports picks.

Pick: UNDER 7

Washington Nationals (Fister) vs. Oakland Athletics (Milone)
Covered by Doug Upstone
Doug Fister makes his season debut tonight and it comes in a tough situation against a good Oakland team on the road. The Athletics will be hoping to get a quality start out of Tommy Milone, who's struggled his way to a 0-3 record and a 5.86 ERA so far. Regardless of Milone's struggles, Doug is backing Oakland to win tonight.

Pick: Athletics -115
