We browse the early odds board in search of betting value on Sunday's card. Read on for two MLB picks to maximize your profits before Game 2 of the NBA Finals starts.

Yankees vs. Blue Jays

Luis Severino (4-2, 2.93 ERA, 1.08 WHIP) will take the hill for the Yankees after winning his last two starts and giving up one earned run or less in four of his last five outings. Severino dominated the Orioles on Tuesday, allowing one earned run on seven hits and one walk with eight strikeouts over 6 1/3 innings in an 8-3 win. The right-hander is ninth in the American League with 69 strikeouts and a 2.93 ERA, sixth with a 1.08 WHIP and he's 2-0 with a 2.08 ERA in five road starts.

The Blue Jays will go with Marcus Stroman (6-2, 3.28 ERA, 1.34 WHIP), who went 4-0 with a 3.62 ERA over six starts in May (32 1/3 innings). Stroman's 61.6 percent groundball rate is second best in the majors behind Dallas Keuchel and he hasn't lost a game since April 18 (eight starts). The right-hander beat the Reds on Monday, giving up two earned runs on five hits (one home run) and no walks with five strikeouts over six innings and he's 2-0 with a 3.05 ERA in three day starts.

I'm looking at 'Under' 8.5 at -110 MLB odds, both teams can put up a lot of runs but Severino and Stroman have been terrific as of late.

Braves vs. Reds

Right-hander Julio Teheran (4-4, 4.82 ERA, 1.43 WHIP) will make his 12th start of the season for the Braves after allowing three earned runs on six hits (three solo home runs) and a walk with five strikeouts over 6 1/3 innings in a 6-3 win over the Angels last Monday. Teheran has back-to-back quality starts after giving up nine earned runs on eight hits over just three innings against the Blue Jays on May 18, lowering his ERA from 5.47 to 4.82 and he has impressive 3-0 record with a 1.42 ERA in five road starts.

Amir Garrett (3-3, 6.00 ERA, 1.33 WHIP) will come off the disabled list to start this game. Garrett last pitched on May 23, when he gave up seven earned runs on seven hits (four home runs) and one walk with two strikeouts in just five innings to get a no-decision in an 8-7 loss against the Indians and he's 1-1 with a 4.68 ERA in four home starts.

I'm adding the Braves +109 to my MLB picks because of Teheran's incredible road record. Garrett has struggled this season and he hasn't pitched in a while and Teheran has allowed just two unearned runs over 13 innings in day starts.
