MLB play continues with another full slate of games. The odds have been out for quite some time now and our handicappers have decided upon their favorite value plays. Are you on the same side as our cappers?

Tampa Bay Rays (Cobb) vs. Detroit Tigers (Smyly)
Covered by Ron Patrick and Jeff Grant
The Tigers just swept the Athletics and then started off this series with the Rays on the right foot, smashing Erik Bedard on their way to an easy win. Tonight it's Drew Smyly (4-7, 3.57 ERA) and Alex Cobb (3-6, 4.20 ERA) pitching and the MLB odds favor Detroit at home. Willie likes the Tigers to grab their fifth consecutive victory, while Jeff is going a different direction by taking the 'under.'

Free MLB Pick: Ron: Tigers -119 // Jeff: Under 8.5 runs

New York Yankees (Whitley) vs. Minnesota Twins (Gibson)
Covered by Jeff Grant
The Twins are in the basement of the AL Central and will take a two-game losing run into this evening's game at home. It's Kyle Gibson and Chase Whitley on the bump for their respective teams. Gibson has been the better of the two, having gone 7-6 with a 3.77 ERA in 2014, and even though the Yankees have been much better on the road (24-19) than at home (18-23), Jeff believes the best value is with Minnesota.

Philadelphia Phillies (Hernandez) vs. Pittsburgh Pirates (Cole)
Covered by Jeff Grant
Whereas the Pirates are 7-3 over their last 10 games, the Phillies are the complete opposite at just 3-7 in their previous 10. Pittsburgh is a huge favorite on the MLB odds board for this evening's matchup at home, where they've gone 26-20 this year. Jeff has analyzed the lines and angles and has opted for Pittsburgh despite the heavy amount of chalk. We can't say we disagree with his selection.
Free MLB Pick: Pirates -195

Los Angeles Dodgers (Kershaw) vs. Colorado Rockies (Jurrjens)
Covered by Matthew Jordan
The Dodgers have overtaken the top spot in the division and now have the luxury of sending out southpaw Clayton Kershaw. Colorado responds with Jair Jurrjens, who you may remember from his time with the Braves. Jurrjens has had success at this level before, but how will he do against the surging Dodgers? Matthew points out that the Dodgers are 4-0 in Kershaw's past four in Colorado, and the 'under' has hit in four straight at Coors Field between these teams.

Free MLB Pick: L.A. at -192 and under 8.5 runs

Houston Astros (Keuchel) vs. Los Angeles Angels (Wilson)
Covered by Matthew Jordan
After a relatively comfortable win in the opener yesterday, C.J. Wilson and the Angels try to make it two wins out of two. Dallas Keuchel (8-5, 2.78 ERA) has been outstanding for Houston this season, but will have his hands full with Mike Trout and company tonight. Find out what play Matthew likes in a few.

Free MLB Pick: Angels -167 on MLB odds & over 7.5 runs at -115
