Our resident MLB handicapping professional has gone sizzling hot, 6-1 during the last 2 days & he’s providing us with Tuesday’s predictions & money line pick for White Sox-Cardinals game.

White Sox make rare Visit to Busch Stadium
The Cardinals and White Sox open a three-game inter-league series on Tuesday at Busch Stadium in St. Louis. The opening pitch is slated for 8:10 PM ET. According to the MLB odds at, St. Louis is a -110 money line favorite, and the posted total is 6.5.

Premier Pitching Matchup
The White Sox will send their ace Chris Sale to the mound on Tuesday. Sale is coming off a rough outing at Minnesota in which he allowed 5 earned runs and 8 hits during 6 2/3 innings pitched. Despite that poor performance, Sale has an excellent 1.67 ERA, 0.74 WHIP, and compiled nearly an 11:1 strikeout to walk ratio in his last six starts.

Lance Lynn will get the nod tonight for St. Louis and he’s having a terrific year thus far. Lynn has stellar 2.84 ERA in thirteen starts this season. The right-handed hurler has also displayed superb form during his last three starts, posting a microscopic 0.96 ERA, and the Cardinals were 3-0 in those games.

Bullpen Disparities
The White Sox bullpen has struggled for the better part of 2015. That’s been especially the case on the road where they possess a lofty 4.95 ERA as a staff. The pitching staff as a whole has been awful over the last seven games. The White Sox are allowing an average of 5.7 runs per game, and opponents have a team batting average of .308 during that time frame.

The bullpen of St. Louis has been unequivocally one of the best in all of baseball. They’ve been absolutely dominating at home with a staff ERA of 1.72.

Final Analysis
The White Sox are a dismal 14-27 on the road this season, and that includes 2-10 in their last twelve away games. They’ve also gone 4-12 in their previous sixteen games overall.

The Cardinals are a spectacular 29-7 at Busch Stadium in 2015. They enter tonight on a six game winning streak in addition to going 8-1 in the last nine. St. Louis rarely loses when they’re installed as a money line favorite. They’re 41-13 (.759) this season as a money line favorite of -110 or more.

I’m going to being wagering on the home team in this game for one of my Tuesday's MLB picks.
