MLB prop betting takes mounds of research and combing through hours of stats to find the perfect odds. Sportsbook Review has complied a report of the best prop betting matchups on today's slate.

MLB Thursday: Gimme 5Manny Machado (Orioles) vs. David Price (Red Sox)

There are several juicy matchups in the Orioles-Red Sox series that starts tonight, but the one between Manny Machado and David Price is surely one to take note of. (We featured this matchup earlier in the season as well.) In tonight's game, Machado almost certainly has the upper hand.

Machado has crushed Price in the past at 11-for-37 (.297) with 4 home runs, 6 RBI, and 5 total extra-base hits. Machado has yet to face Price this season, but with your MLB picks it might be wise to take a flier bet on his runs, hits, and RBI. Even though Machado is hitless in two of his last three games, that could change tonight.

Mookie Betts (Red Sox) vs. Kevin Gausman (Orioles)

On the flip side of this game you have one of the other leaders in the AL batting average category, and that’s Mookie Betts. He has another matchup we have featured before this season, against Kevin Gausman, and once again it looks like Betts is a fine prop target.

Betts is 12-for-29 (.414) in his career against Gausman with 3 homers and 7 RBI. Betts has multi-hit games in seven of his last nine, and against Gausman I’m betting on it happening again.

Rockies' Batters vs. Jeff Samardzija (Giants)

Jeff Samardzija is not having the greatest start to the season. He has allowed 10 earned runs over his last two starts, and on the season he is 1-2 with a 6.94 ERA. Even pitching at home tonight won’t save him, because he will be opposed by the Rockies, who have knocked him around in the past.

Colorado is a combined 62-for-193 (.321) versus Samardzija with 8 home runs and 28 total RBI. Gerardo Parra and Charlie Blackmon are a combined 21-for-60 (.350) with 3 home runs, 9 RBI, and 7 total extra-base hits. Along with Nolan Arenado and Ian Desmond, who have also had success against Samardzija, back the Rockies in both your prop bets, and probably also your Thursday moneyline plays from the MLB odds board.

Ender Inciarte (Braves) vs. Jon Lester (Cubs)

While the Braves’ season has been going very well, an Ender Inciarte has been a big part of that, the Braves' outfielder probably won’t be feeling the love tonight. Jon Lester is on the mound for the Cubs, and he has given Inciarte some troubles in the past. Inciarte is 1-for-16 with 2 strikeouts and no extra-base hits in his career against Lester.

Ian Kinsler (Angels) vs. Chris Archer (Rays)

Fading Ian Kinsler has almost become second nature in this article. The struggling second baseman is barely above the Mendoza line, but either way his matchup against the Rays and Chris Archer is probably one worth avoiding. Kinsler is only 4-for-25 (.160) with 8 strikeouts lifetime versus the Rays’ ace.
