Looking to kick off your weekend with the glory of beating the books? We've got the breakdown of the starting pitchers and the listed baseball betting odds. Come check out what our cappers think.

New York Yankees (Kuroda) vs. Chicago White Sox (Noesi)
Covered by Willie Bee
The Yankees couldn't get anything going at all against Chris Sale yesterday. They should have better luck against Hector Noesi, who possesses a 0-4 record with a dreadful 7.31 ERA on the year. New York will have Hiroki Kuroda (3-3, 4.61 ERA) pitching, and Willie isn't have any doubts about backing them with his MLB picks.

Free MLB Pick: Yankees -130

St. Louis Cardinals (Miller) vs. Cincinnati Reds (Bailey)
Covered by Ron Patrick
These two teams are incredibly familiar with one another, but it's the Cardinals who have fared better this season. They come in having won three in a row, and are 8-2 over their last 10. It's no wonder Ron likes St. Louis as the small favorites, especially with trusty right-hander Shelby Miller (6-2, 2.79 ERA) on the mound. Homer Bailey starts for the Reds, who are 11-10 at home in 2014.

Free MLB Pick: Cardinals -103

Colorado Rockies (Lyles) vs. Atlanta Braves (Floyd)
Covered by Ron Patrick
Atlanta is currently two games up on the rest of the pack in the NL East as they get set to tangle with the best offense in the league in Colorado. Gavin Floyd (0-1, 2.41 ERA) is going to have to be on form to give the Braves a chance here, but Ron doesn't expect that to happen. He likes the Rockies as dogs.

Free MLB Pick: Rockies +117

Cleveland Indians (House) vs. Baltimore Orioles (Norris)
Covered by Steven Suarez
The Indians may still be in last place in the AL Central, but they've managed to put together a four-game winning streak and therefore should not be taken lightly by Bud Norris and the Orioles. Baltimore is the clear-cut MLB betting favorite behind Norris (2-4, 3.58 ERA), but I'm going with a total play. I look for a relatively low-scoring game and as such like the 'under.'

Free MLB Pick: 'Under' 9

Los Angeles Dodgers (Kershaw) vs. Philadelphia Phillies (Hernandez)
Covered by Steven Suarez
What are the chances Clayton Kershaw doesn't even get out of the second inning again tonight? He was truly awful against the Diamondbacks in his last start, but he should do much better in Philadelphia tonight. Because I trust Kershaw much more than Roberto Hernandez, I'm thinking the Dodgers on the run-line is a worthy investment.

Free MLB Pick: Dodgers -1.5 (-105)

Washington Nationals (Zimmermann) vs. Pittsburgh Pirates (Morton)
Covered by Jeff Grant
There may not be a more unlucky pitcher in the majors this season than Charlie Morton. Despite a solid 3.45 ERA, he owns a 0-6 record. Jordan Zimmermann (3-1, 3.70 ERA) hasn't been at his best this year, so Pittsburgh certainly has a good chance of winning their third straight tonight. Jeff agrees and is on the Pirates to improve to 15-12 at home this season.

Free MLB Pick: Pirates -115

Minnesota Twins (Gibson) vs. San Francisco Giants (Lincecum)
Covered by Jeff Grant
The Twins have been a pleasant surprise at 23-21 overall this season, but they run into a team with the best record in the MLB this weekend. The Giants continue to play well (29-18) and they have to like their chances tonight with the way Tim Lincecum's been pitching lately. Still, Lincecum hasn't been nearly as good in interleague play, so Jeff is adding the underdogs to his MLB betting ticket.

Free MLB Pick: Twins +140
