Go inside to find out what the two best underdog values are for Friday, and make some cash on the Cubs vs Marlins & Astros vs Royals Baseball games!

Cubs (Hendricks) vs Marlins (Koehler) 7:10 PM ET
Don’t look now but the Cubs have lost four straight. After starting the year by winning 14 of its first 17 away games, they’ve gone 8-10 during their previous 18 road tilts. Kyle Hendricks gets the start for Chicago on Friday, and he’s gone 1-5 on the road in 2016 with an uninspiring 4.36 ERA.

Miami won the opener of this four game series 4-2 last night. The Marlins are now 7-3 over its last ten games. After a slow start at home, Miami has gone 9-4 in their last thirteen games at Marlins Park. Right-hander Tom Koehler gets the start for Miami this evening, and he’s 3-0 during his previous three outings while posting a superb 2.00 ERA.

Kyle Hendricks has compiled an impressive 2.82 ERA in 2016. However, Miami has gone 12-5 this year against National League starting pitchers with an ERA of 3.00 or better. The Cubs enter today averaging 5.3 runs scored per game. Miami is an outstanding 10-3 this season versus National League teams averaging 4.8 or more runs scored per game. Current MLB Odds provide me with an optimal price for this specific money line wager.

Astros (Keuchel) vs Royals (Volquez) 8:15 PM ET
Houston is beginning to play like many expected prior to the onset of this 2016 MLB campaign. They enter this series against the defending World Champion Royals having won five straight, and are also 20-8 over their previous 28 games. Personally, I need a bit more convincing before considering them a legitimate contender once again.

Dallas Keuchel will take the mound for Houston tonight, and he’s been a huge disappointment thus far in 2016. The 2015 National League Cy Young winner has compiled a lofty 5.32 ERA during 15 starts, and Houston is a dismal 5-10 in those games. Keuchel has made one career start (7/26/15) at Kansas City, and allowed 5 earned runs on 10 hits in 6 2/3 innings of work.

Kansas City returns home following a short two game series at Citi Field in New York against the Mets. They dropped a pair of one run losses to their 2015 World Series opponent, and are now a very poor 13-25 (.342) on the road. They’ve been the polar opposite at home, going a remarkable 25-8 (.758), and that includes 15-2 in their last 17 at Kauffman Stadium.

Edinson Volquez will be on the mound for Kansas City tonight. The veteran right-hander has been terrible on the road, but the same doesn’t hold true at home. Volquez is 7-2 in his home team starts this year with a sparkling 2.61 ERA. With all things being considered, there’s just too much home underdog betting value to pass on in this matchup, and one of my Friday MLB Picks will be further indicate exactly that.
