Sports handicapper Ian Cameron provides a look at MLB Overnight Betting Lines for the games taking place on Thursday, June 23.

Philadelphia Phillies vs. Minnesota Twins
The most undervalued streak in MLB right is the incredible Over the total streak of the Minnesota Twins. Minnesota has seen the Over cash as MLB pick in at a 14-1-1 clip in their last 16 games. That is a trend worth riding here as the Phillies send Jerad Eickhoff to the mound who enters this game with a rough 5.23 ERA on the road this season. Ricky Nolasco will get the nod for Minnesota and he has had another disappointing season to this point and has really struggled at Target Field with a 5.86 ERA in 7 home starts. Both of these starters have had difficulty eating innings which means two very suspect bullpens will get their share of innings as well helping push yet another game involved the Minnesota Twins Over the total.

San Diego Padres vs. Cincinnati Reds
The San Diego Padres lineup is in the midst of its best surge of the season as they have been scoring runs in bunches of late putting up 5+ runs in six straight games all of them soaring Over the total. They should fare well against Cincinnati lefty John Lamb who has been inconsistent since joining the Reds rotation and has a 5.55 ERA and 1.61 WHIP in his last 7 starts. San Diego has pounded lefties most of the season with great splits against southpaws as a team and I expect them to do more damage at the plate in this game against Lamb and the always shaky Cincinnati bullpen behind him.

However, Cincinnati might be able to score their share of runs too as they face Padres lefty Christian Friedrich. Friedrich has a very poor 10 runs allowed in 9.1 innings pitched against the Reds in his career and is sometimes prone to the home run ball in hitters stadiums like this one as he allowed 2 home runs in his last outing against Washington while allowing 6 runs in 6 innings. Cincinnati has scored 4+ runs in 5 of their last 8 games and the San Diego bullpen has not been great shakes either and are capable of allowing some late runs to the Reds here. The total is sitting at 9.5 in this game and it is in a range where there is still some wiggle room MLB Odds to bet it Over.
