Our MLB Daily Pitching Report for Saturday 9/6 focuses on providing you with the best money line betting values, in today's baseball games between the Giants vs. Tigers and Cardinals  vs. Brewers, so join in and profit from the expert's insight.

Giants vs. Tigers 1:05 PM ET
The Giants will send southpaw Madison Bumgarner to the hill for this matinee inter-league affair. Bumgarner has gone 3-0 against the money in his last 3-starts, and has displayed excellent form in doing so. During those 3-starts he’s posted a sparkling 1.64 ERA, a superb 0.64 WHIP, and has a 16:1 strikeout to walk ratio. The Giants hurler has been magnificent on the road this season, going 11-4 against the money, with a 1.86 ERA, and compiling a 6:1 strikeout to walk ratio.

The Tigers counter with a southpaw of their own in David Price. The newly acquired Tigers veteran has been outstanding in 4-starts versus National League opponents this season, posting a 1.74 ERA, a 0.94 WHIP, and a better than 9:1 strikeout to walk ratio. Price comes off a very good start this past Monday at Cleveland, allowing 1 earned run, and 8-hits, in 7.0 innings, and all during a 12-1 Tigers win. Price has one career start versus the Giants, and it came last season as a member of the Tampa Bay Rays. In that outing he tossed a complete game as part of a 2-1 Rays win.

Advantage: This is a very even starting pitching matchup with all things being considered. Both teams have plenty to play for in terms of their postseason chances go, and each club is tearing the cover of the ball offensively in recent games. I’m going to give the smallest of leans to Madison Bumgarner over David Price as MLB picks tonight, and only because of his dominating performance line on the road in 2014.

Cardinals vs. Brewers 7:10 PM ET
The Cardinals will send right-hander Lance Lynn to the hill tonight for the 3rd of this critical 4-game series regarding the NL Central pennant race. Lynn has seen 8 of his last 11-starts stay under the total, which is important to consider when looking at the MLB odds. During that time he’s posted a stellar 2.08 ERA, and has gone 8-3 against the money line. Lynn has seen just 10 of his 28-starts (35.7%) go over the total in 2014. Lynn has 5 career starts at Milwaukee, and all of them have come since 2012. In those 5-outings, he’s gone 4-1 against the money, and had a stellar 1.93 ERA.

The Brewers will hope that veteran Kyle Lohse can return to the great form he displayed for most of the year, and snap out of his recent funk. During his last 5-starts, Lohse has a large 7.30 ERA, and allowed 6 of the 19 home runs he’s surrendered on the year. On a more positive note, he’s been terrific at Miller Park in Milwaukee this season, going 7-3 against the money, with a 2.25 ERA, a 0.92 WHIP, and a better than 6:1 strikeout to walk ratio. Since the start of the 2013 season, Lohse has a large 6.09 ERA in 6-starts versus the Cardinals.

Advantage: I know that Kyle Lohse has pitched extremely well at home this season. However, there’s too much bad that outweighs the good for the Brewers starter heading into tonight’s NL Central showdown. My betting edge goes to Lance Lynn of the Cardinals over Kyle Lohse of the Brewers.
