Sports handicapper Ian Cameron provides an MLB Early Lines Report for the baseball card taking place on Monday, August 29.

Minnesota Twins vs. Cleveland Indians
The Minnesota Twins pitching staff is in shambles coming into this series. The Twins starters have been roughed up for the most part and their bullpen has provided plenty of offensive fireworks for the opposition. That is a bad combo especially with struggling lefty Hector Santiago expected to be on the mound for this game. Santiago has been awful and has given up 20 runs on 27 hits in his last 14.2 innings of work and the Cleveland Indians have hammered him for 10 runs on 12 hits in 6.1 innings over a pair of games against Santiago this season with both of those games soaring Over the total. On the other side, Trevor Bauer will be on the mound for Cleveland and he’s been more hittable of late and allowed 5 runs on 9 hits in 6.2 innings during his last start against Oakland. Bauer got crushed by Minnesota earlier this month allowing 8 runs in a short 2.2 innings stint against the Twins.

We should see runs in bunches in this game as it’s worth noting the Twins lousy bullpen was taxed heavily over the weekend in Toronto against the Blue Jays which is exacerbated by the fact Santiago has not pitched beyond 5 innings in seven consecutive starts. Each game between these teams earlier this month here at Progressive Field in Cleveland soared Over the total to the tune of a perfect 4-0 Over the total record. I expect a similar result here on Monday night making Over my MLB pick.
